Had our last dinner on the island here. Fresh, wonderful food, great service, and fun tees. The atmosphere was also really nice. We sat in room with the open doors.

Saw several people in the restaurant as we drove by, turned around, had dinner and wasn't disappointed. My wife and I had grouper lightly blackened and it was cooked perfectly. Because of my diet I had 2 sides of sautéed vegetables, and they were tasty. I would give it 5 stars, but I found the tarter sauce lacking a little... More

This Caribbean themed restaurant is a fun place to stop for fresh fish. I had the blackened grouper sandwich with sweet potato fries. It was delicious. The fries are GIGANTIC, and very tasty. The bartender was willing to turn the Key Lime Pie Martini into a margarita for me. Our server was attentive and willing to help us find other... More

Took a group to the Fish House on Sanibel. We started with some Ceviche, smoked fish dip, and oysters. Everyone had something different and everything was awesome. The service was excellent. The Sea Bass, Hogfish, Steak and Lobster, lobster mac and cheese were all cooked to perfection. We ended with the homemade mud pie. It's HUGE.

We visited in September 2016 while on holiday from England and were seriously impressed by the food! I had the lobster tacos and they were incredible, plus not too ridiculous in size (which we found with most of the entrees in other places). The service was really fast and served with a smile and I loved the fish-shaped plates that... More

This is our 4th trip to the Fish House. We had just arrived on the island and wanted a light meal to tide us over until our room was ready. We split a grilled shrimp entree and it was cooked perfectly. It is reasonably priced and we have always had a great meal when we came by.

April 6, 2017 Sanibel Island Stopped for a very late lunch or very early dinner depending on who you talk to. Sanibel Fish House for Lunch 1523 Periwinkle Way by far the WORST seafood we have had while in Florida. We stopped at the tourism office and picked up multiple flyers to see what was available to see, do and... More

The food and menu selection here is very good. The drink selection is good as well and there is a happy hour too. Many good locally-caught fish dishes. We had plenty of food and drink for the money but it was probably just a tad higher for lunch than average for the island.

We stopped here for a drink and a snack and we're fully disappointed. The drinks were very weak, the service was scarce. It wasn't a horrible place but there's many other places to eat and drink on the island, I wouldn't bother with this place a second time.
