Hubby had the Buttermilk Chicken and said it was delicious. I had the prime rib hoagie and it was delicious also. Very nice atmosphere and clean environment. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. I had not seen this restaurant before on our other trips...More

Ordered all over the menu--DR Reef & Peel & Eat, Quinoa Salad, Buttermilk Chicken, and Rice and Salmon Salad. Everyone's meal was a little above average. They have a nice outdoor seating area that is far quieter than inside the restaurant itself. Our bill for...More

A quick service with excellent advice for our choice on the menu. Excellent local fish (coconut Grouper as appetiser) and the principal dish was as excellent as the starter.

We visited in Dec, so outdoor seating was lovely - not sure how August would feel... Seafood was excellent - fresh fish prepared on point, recommended (whatever it is the day you go). Salads, apps, etc were fine, not special - but seafood is why...More

Had a great lunch here although there are cheaper restaurants on Captiva. Service was really quick, setting was lovely and food delicious.

Cip's Place had a nice variety for dinner. The seafood was excellent. Prices were similar to most restaurants on the island, although they had a special price for certain items. I do not remember if it was on certain nights or times. Service was very...More

Cips is always on our list to visit when we are in Sanibel. We love the outdoor porch and the food is great. Plenty of gluten free options for those that can't eat gluten.

First visit here. Was okay. Food was good but heavily sauced. Kid dinner was fine. Prices were same as the entire island, so higher than mainland, but not 5 star dining. Server was nice. We'd return, but it's not my favorite.

We visited for the first time and loved the restaurant. The enchilada stack did not disappoint! Attentive service, loved the building and decor and appreciated that they took reservations. We will be back!

Yes. A gorgeous back patio in a garden and can handle 40 people. We have had many weddings and rehearsal dinners back there. If you look on our website you can see a picture of the spot. Hope to hear from you!

Cip's Place has lush landscaping and wonderful outdoor seating. Its beautifully decorated interior has a large wall mural painted by a local artist who has featured many of the faces of people from Sanibel history. Chef Blaine and his wife Alison are co-owners and come from a long history of food service. The food is great and the locals frequent Cip's and are enjoying it.
