Herzlich Willkommen! Christina, Linda and I are delighted to welcome you to Hollerbach's - the place where Gemütlichkeit happens in the Historic District of downtown Sanford, Florida. Linda and I first started thinking of opening our own restaurant in 1981 while we were working together at a German restaurant in Orlando; after two decades of hard work and planning, the Willow Tree dream became reality on August 1, 2001 with just seven employees. Since then, we’ve continually expanded the restaurant, added two new businesses, and grown our staff to over 90 employees. It’s hard to believe we've been here over 16 years! Our top priority has always been and will remain to provide our guests with…

Doug, Jeff and myself only had to wait 2 mins for the hostess to seat us. We sat in the stage area next to the hall by the bathroom. We were going to be a group of 7 so she sat us down and asked...More
I am eating here again with friends. I love the spinach and Swiss quiche with salad and their homemade Thiusand Island dressing. My friends had the lunch Wiener schnitzel, spätzle with gravy and cucumber salad, and the other had a corned beef sandwich. I have...More
Hollerbach's is a traditional German restaurant. Food is good. They served the Giant Bavarian Pretzel that is an appetizer for the whole family. Entrées were good. We had Schintzel Cordon Bleu, Sausage Platter and Zwiebel Rumpsteak.
Service & food is always excellant. After enjoying your meal go around the corner to the deli & take something home. Always the place to go when eating out in Sanford- lunch or dinner & great beer selections.
I love the Willow Tree and they are quite an establishment in the Sanford area. We went for lunch and the service was simply outstanding. The wait staff were present and attentive but not intrusive; we asked for suggestions and several options were given.
We have eaten at Willow Tree many times the food is consistent and always very delightful. If you’re thinking about giving it a go, you should. We’ve tried a number of items from the menu and so far my favorites would include the chicken schnitzel...More
Our german friends took us here for christmas. It is very german type experience in a family style restaurant. Food was good not top shelf or my favorite but certainly tasted authentic
I would recommend going to enjoy the experience of food and music
This place is just plain wonderful. First, let's talk about the atmosphere. They provide a German feel with the wait staff wearing nice German outfits, am authentic German band that plays at night and many, many German beers to chose from. It is very festive...More
