We enjoyed sampling the small plates with our family while sitting outside in their courtyard. While this might not be a great fit for all families, our server was very accommodating to our elementary-aged kiddos (who also thoroughly enjoyed the cheese board). We'll return!

This is one of the secret little Hidden Gems of St. Augustine. From the moment we walked in my husband and I were both impressed by the atmosphere of the restaurant. It included Comfortably distanced seating so that you did no feel that the next table was right up next to you. It gave us a cozy feel as if... More

Lovely place with a wonderfully curated wine list and food to match. Their charcuterie plate was delicious, especially the carefully chosen combination between the cheeses and sweet preserves and honeycomb. Impeccable service too. Will be back for a more extensive tasting.

My husband is a chef, and Michael's Tasting Room is truly our favorite restaurant in St. Augustine- we have always had delicious, inventive, gourmet "foodie" dinners here, and we look forward to eating here whenever we are lucky enough to get to St. Augustine. They are justly famed for their wines, and for local sourcing, and for an appropriate-for-St. Augustine... More

Everything about this place shouts quality. Smartly dressed servers, well spaced neatly laid tables and high quality food. We had the soup for starters which was well portioned and very tasty. We then had several tapas to share which were all superb albeit the charcuterie board was a bit over-priced. The key lime pie was nicely sharp with just the... More

Husband and I went for dinner. Service was excellent. The wine list was impressive. The food was amazing. If you have room I strongly recommend the brownie bites. They're made with St. Augustine bourbon.

I really, really loved this meal. Every aspect was done properly, from roasted garlic served with hot bread to chilled salad plates, and chilled wine glasses. Our waitress clearly knew about both the specials and the regular items on the menu. I was very pleased with the amount of food on the dish, which was enough for one person, and... More

Very accommodating from the moment you walk in. The staff was wonderful. Our waiter was Archie and he paid attention to every detail of our dining experience. I tend to stay away from swordfish because it's hard to get it cooked properly. Not so at Michaels...it was perfect! The salad was excellent and the dessert, Tres Leches was light but... More

Had a fabulous meal for our anniversary. Tapas and an entree to share. Loved our meal, dessert, the espresso brownie bites, weren't anything out of the ordinary. Highly recommended.

We were a party of nine and everyone raved about their choices. Most of the guys had small plates, sharing appetizers, which is really a fun and delicious way to go. Their soup of the day was a carrot curry concoction -- great awakening for the taste buds. Several of the lads had a full entrée, like the roast chicken,... More
