Wow, so good. Our group had honeydew basil, coconut coconut, watermelon and Mexican hot chocolate. Everyone loved their pops. Luckily we were in the RV so we had a freezer to store extra.

I got a horchata popsicle and my husband got a pineapple mango. It was good but not overly sweet or sugary. Very fresh. Such a relief on a hot day.

This is a very cool concept, though my key lime popsicle was too tart. Sounds like I would have been happier with orange cream. Two locations in town - friendly service.

Stopped by for a popsicle they had a variety of selection it took us for a while to decide what we wanted! The girl behind the counter was very sweet and explained well about flavors. The place itself is adorable also!!

I tried the honeydew basil popsicle and I am still craving it weeks later. I spent a week in St Augustine and made sure to stop by The Hyppo on my way out of town. The popsicles are so good, I am contemplating having a box shipped to my home in Arizona.

A novel idea, quirky and well situated...well it was on the hot hot day we were experiencing. Loads of flavor, some spicy, some more traditional. I tried a spicy advocado...a little odd, like all the spice had dropped to the bottom...my wife had Strawberry Lemonade, I wish I had. Price wise, not cheap but not extortionate, I like the concept,... More

We stopped by before closing for a late night treat. I had the peanut butter dipped in choclate. Delicious and highly addicting!

This unassuming little store front on St. George street could easily be passed by - but it shouldn't be! The inside of the store was very cute and the service was very attentive and friendly! There were many unique and traditional Popsicle flavor options - and the option of dipping them in chocolate was definitely worth the extra $1!! We... More

What a great refreshing afternoon treat! There are a few tables to eat inside and a cooler with various drinks. The popsicles are delicious and so many unique flavors from which to choose! My choice - which I loved - pineapple cilantro. A bit pricey, but for a special afternoon treat, it was worth it.

If you are in the mood for a cool and delicious treat while in Saint Augustine, try The Hyppo. Their popsicles are made with fresh fruit and herbs and offer tasty combinations that you do not find in a typical ice cream store. Try the pineapple cilantro or the strawberry basil for a special taste treat. There are many other... More

The Hyppo is a gourmet popsicle shop that makes all of its own products using only fresh, natural ingredients. From fresh basil to ripe mangoes to blazing ghost peppers, you're sure to find flavor combinations here that expand the notion of what an ice pop can be. All pops are gluten free and vegetarian, and about half of our selection is dairy free. We use Florida evaporated cane juice to mildly sweeten the fruits and herbs before their flash-freeze onto a small birch stick. On a hot day in the historic district, this is the pinnacle of flavorful refreshment. Open late.
