Have been here twice. It is a very popular place to eat - down home country recipes! One trip to the buffet (that’s what I had) is less than $10 and all you can eat buffet is less than $12!! One trip includes 3 courses:...More

Good variety to choose from on the buffet and the food is deliciously southern! I highly recommend their fried chicken and ribs. The fried catfish is pretty good as well. For sides, my favorites are the grits, Mac and cheese, and collard greens.

Food almost exactly like my great grandmother in North Carolina makes. The fried chicken was crispy and delicious. The green beans were so soft and favorable as were the collards. The mashed potatoes were delicious as were the fried green tomatoes. Very nice salad bar...More

A regular haunt for us when visiting the area, it keeps attracting us for a good reason. The food is good and the price reasonable, though they are creeping up

We go to Fred's for the Market Buffet Lunch about 4 times a year while we're in Florida for the winter. It's mostly a Tuesday since we're there for another activity. The fried chicken is just so absolutely good. I just wish there were more...More

I love these southern home cooking buffets. They make quality food and take care with their recipes. They do not have staff that throw out a bunch of poor low quality and flavorless food like Golden Coral. The place also has very high standards of...More

The breakfast buffet is 7 days a week and is $5.99 for 55+. The hours for the restaurant is 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. I'm not sure what time breakfast ends and lunch begins (call them at 813-752-7763).
