Breakers Hotel Palm Beach has an Asian outpost down the Street at Sunrise Avenue and it is terrific ! Young professionals from Palm Beach join upscale visitors at Happy Hour at ECHO, the best sushi restaurant in town. Fresh fish - only minutes from deep blue Atlantic - are combined with Pan Oriental special sauces for a special sushi. Accessible... More

Not sure exactly what the cuisine is, here. Sushi? Thai? Chinese? They seem to offer a little of everything. My Pad Thai was just "okay," although the shrimp were terrific. My wife's tuna roll was above average and our drinks were better than the usual "bar-pour." Not sure if I'd return. (Of all the Breaker's restaurants, the new seafood restaurant... More

We had a wonderful meal and experience at Echo. It was a Friday night and busy but service was excellent and the food was terrific. Drinks were interesting cocktails and liked but the food is the star. Would definitely go back anytime.

This restaurant prepared a Chinese New Year's feast for our culinary group during high season when they are extremely busy with regular customers. The stakes were high and the execution was near perfection. Service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

A very varied menu, stylish décor, and delicious food make this a popular dining destination. The music was too loud for conversation but they obliged when we asked them to lower it. Of all the entrée choices, I can never resist the Peking duck. Since two of us ordered it, the pancakes were prepared for us tableside. Finger licking good!

We visited on a Monday evening and were able to secure an outdoor table. The service was helpful and attentive. Starters were sushimi , seaweed and tuna tataki all of which were superb. The mains were Lemon Chicken, Sichuan Beef and a Halibut dish. The party each enjoyed their choice and we finished with 2 souflets .

Echo is located right in the center of old West Palm Beach. Its approach to Asian food reminds me of Hakkasan, fresh, new, interesting and light Asian combinations. The sushi is excellent, the Grand Marnier shrimp are out of this world. A delightful surprise is the absolutely lovely and helpful staff. The MD will do everything to find a good... More

Echo offers an excellent fine dining experience. Valet parking is available. During a recent vacation, we went there for dinner, twice. Since both were during Happy Hour, the sushi and specific drinks were half price. Their Cucumber Sake-Tini was delicious and refreshing. The Sushi and Salt & Pepper Calamari were favorites. The outdoor seating and friendly service both added to... More

The only time I would ever go here is during Happy hour! Otherwise the less than wonderful sushi is way overpriced as are the cocktails. There are a couple of delicious rolls here and at half price $8 they are ok. It's fun to sit outside. I can go with a friend and have 2 drinks and 2 rolls and... More
