It's been awhile since we don't live in Florida but we had an early dinner before movie and oh, it was so good. Corned beef on rye (ask for it lean), very good service. Don't go if you want a salad.

We just loved the food! Patty melt with well done fries, chopped chicken liver, and pastrami sandwich! Service was excellent and friendly. The deserts were the BOMB!

Undertrained wait staff delivering dishes that are only a rough approximation of traditional central European and New York deli. Corned beef was way too lean and fine-grained and was served slightly above room temperature. Pickles were tasteless. Stuffed cabbage was incredibly bland. All in all, the food was like "deli" prepared for a nursing home...but the prices were high enough... More

Do not eat here. Went with family of 4. Three of 4 meals were delivered wrong. My son ordered a pasta with chicken and whatever was supposed to be chicken was inedible. Not sure it was chicken. When my son asked if it was chicken or perhaps a soy product, the waitress said that "it's usually chicken." Three of us... More

I was told "a must." Ugh. Food was reasonable, taste was ok, service was poor. I am not sure where the original of this is but make no mistake, it is a chain in south Florida. I would rather have Panera.

Nikki, we're so very sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. Beyond the service being poor, you describing your food as "reasonable" and "ok" is not good enough for us. Please send us your contact information to info@toojays.com, so we may discuss this further. More

I worked for 15 years on Palm Beach Island where the average house is $10 million and Toojays has an option for everyone on this island !!! For a fancy dinner to low budget options. My favorite is 'Burger a la Toojays', for the same money that you would buy a fast food combo you can have a homemade style... More

Toojay's is an 'institution' on Palm Beach Island. Eat there at least once a week - lunch or dinner! Food is excellent NY style deli - from chicken soup and matzo balls to corned beef and pastrami. Menu is not limited to just these things lol. Waitstaff always pleasant and helpful. Bakery section is hard to resist on the way... More

Maybe it's because I grew up in the Northeast, but the deli's in South Florida, with rare exception, don't cut it. This is an okay place, not great. Really good service, and the bread is a standout. They do have some good carryout bagels and whitefish, and salmon.

My wife reminded me that we have not been to TooJay's Palm Beach for a while. Tonight's orders were spot on and couldn't have been better. My wife had a corned beef sandwich and matzo ball soup. My chicken caprese sandwich was delicious. The basil tasted fresh. In addition, the prices are not bad for being on The Island.

We spent a week in Florida and had three meals at so called New York style Jewish delis. This one is not in the same league as others. Service is slow, cole slaw is tasteless, all our meats were dry and almost sand-like, and they don't sell the typical array of baked goods you'll find at Three G's or Flakowitz.... More
