Burgers and Mahi sandwich were amazing. The 2-4-1 margaritas are excellent and the chicken tenders are tasty.

There is great view from the restaurant if you select the right location. It was a bit windy and chilly this day and we were some of the first people to arrive. Our server was friendly and looked out for us on this very special birthday of mine.

Food was ok. The gator sampler platter portions we too small (mini bites). Service needed to be better. Our server had numerous issues (touching mouth of straw in glass, multiple finger in plate and lack of proper follow up). Maybe my opinion is biased from my service but food and service go hand in hand

Stopped around sunset for a cocktail. Margarita with Patron was good. Bloody Mary was fair at best. Fun place to stop. Check out the gators.

I have been here on several occasions because I love escargot and frog legs. Sadly, they've taken the snails off the menu, however the frog legs cooked in garlic and butter are first-rate. The last time I went I ordered the trout almondine and it was one of the best dishes I've ever had. My husband ordered the fish and... More

Great portions, good prices. Recommend ride and dine airboat tickets to make the most of the trip. We had chicken fingers and fries. My son wasn't interested in gator bites LOL There isn't a kids menu, but portions are generous enough to share. Service was mediocre, but I'd still go back.

The Black Hammock is a little tricky to find. It sits on the shore of Lake Jessip and has Gators outside to see. It also has a baby gator inside in a fish tank. The food is very good and they have items like frog legs, gator bites and all the standard stuff.

This is one of those old Florida type of places. It's tucked away on the south shores of Lake Jesup on a country road that winds back into the swamp. We've eaten there twice now and really enjoyed the vibe. Next to the restaurant are a couple of bars with some nightlife. During the days there are airboat rides on... More
