Group went for Magical Dining and all ordered off the fixed menu. The appetizer choices were nice, smaller servings. I ordered the Chicken which is the house specialty. Nicely prepared. The fixed meal came with a dessert, I had the apple tart. Would have eaten...More

We dined there Saturday evening on the Magical Dining Menu. The restaurant is lovely and attractively decorated but very cramped with what we felt were too many tables in too small a room. This overcrowding made the room very loud & you had to shout...More

It was wonderful meeting Sandy Pitz as she welcomed us with open arms. The atmosphere was set with a touch of candle light to set the tone. Our server Gregory was a professional with the vast knowledge of the French affair. The food was made...More

An exquisite evening. When something as simple as French bread and sweet butter are the best tasting you've ever had, get ready for a sensational meal. From the classic french onion soup-with layer upon layer of savory flavor-to a delicious wedge salad, crisp and cold...More

We just had the most incredible dining experience at Le Coq Au Vin. If you are here traveling, it is well worth the drive to the downtown area. David, our server, was kind and knowledgeable. We came to celebrate my moms birthday and David made...More

I travel 2 hours to dine at Le Coq Au Vin. Their wine list is excellent, not too large, not to small. Food is always great. Taste and presentation first class. Make sure you order the souffle. I had raspberry which was great.

Yes, as long as they are in good taste (i.e. no holes, heavily washed out). It's a nice place but not heavily formal.

Very nice wine list, both by the glass or by the bottle. I understand can bring your own and pay a corkage fee to serve.
