They are known for their grapefruit cake however, you MUST like bitter grapefruit to enjoy it. They are also known for the Cobb salad however, there is little lettuce with the salad. The crembrule was amazing, best ever, creamy, wonderful a must get item.

Had an awesome lunch in the Hollywood Studios Brown Derby Terrace bar. The Cobb salad was excellent, the steamed buns with pulled pork where very yummy. The drinks just added to the experience. For a light relaxing lunch I highly recommend it.

If you want decent seats to see 'Fantasmic' (and who wouldn't), you can't do better than the Fantasmic dinner package, which provides an excellent meal at the Brown Derby, and seats in the reserved seating area in the middle of the auditorium for the show, which takes place nearby. Great menu, great food, briskly served. The restaurant has a splendid... More

Atmosphere is amazing, literally takes you away from the intensity of the park. We made reservations on the WDW app and were seated within minutes while the walk-in line was quite long. I had the Cobb salad as an entree (shared some with my husband and still couldn't finish it) and he had the salmon. Both were excellent. The mini... More

We usually visit WDW 2 or 3 times a yr & each time we make sure to eat @ the Brown Derby at least twice! Love the atmosphere, service is good (it's meant to be a bit slower - it's a sit down & relax restaurant). Food is always fantastic. I got the crab cakes appetizer (light & flaky-mouth melting),... While I really wanted to give this place more stars I found my experience mixed. The atmosphere is very nice and you don't feel like you are dining in a theme park. The waitress we had was good but not great. She did not check on us for drinks while waiting for our meal. We ordered the chopped salad minus... More

Very disappointing for a Disney restaurant. Even though we had a reservation we had to wait a long time to be actually seated, this did not happen at Ny of the other places we ate. Food was mediocre at best. Table was really uneven. Server was very slow and forgot our drinks. Way better places to eat at Hollywood studios.

It is a restaurant set in the golden age of Hollywood, it is elegant and it eats very well. It has a very varied menu, and the service is first class.

You don't expect an elegant dining experience in a theme park, but dinner at the Briwn Derby was a wonderful experience. The service is friendly and relaxed and professional. cocktails were old school and strong. Appetizers were great, as were entrees. Dessert was old school but good. Overall an evening we will long remember.
