The great thing about a mom & pop is the downright good food! The atmosphere is simple, the people very friendly, and the food was delicious. I had the smoked fish dip stuffed tomato and he had a Cuban sandwich. Both were simple and excellent! Outstanding price for some truly good eats. We'll be back when traveling back thru Okeechobee.

This place is just about the best secret Okeechobee has to offer. It's a bit hard to find being down by the lake, and it doesn't have alot of curb appeal. But once you're inside you come to a nice older hole in the wall diner atmosphere. It's very clean inside and the food is amazing, go there for breakfast... More

They use all Boar's Head meats for their sandwiches so that is good. Pretty good lunch prices...includes drink and chips. They can do the Panini pressed sandwiches as well and chef salads.

I love it there. 1/2 sandwich and a bowl of homemade soup is a great choice. If you go there and Gladys is working, you will smile all the while you are there. The others are great fun too. It's like dropping into your Mums house, saying Hey Mom whats for lunch? The sandwiches are made from Boars Head organic... More

My wife and I ate here because she`d heard someone say how good the sandwiches and soup were. Well, after trying the lobster bisque and one of many sandwiches they serve we both came away a little disappointed. I might give it another try but there`s to much competition to be that average.

I always look for a deli when I am in a new town, and once I saw that Ding-A-Ling Deli had Boars Head meats, I decided to check them out. I was not disappointed. The subs are huge and the staff/owner are very pleasant. I was told they have homemade pastas and soups that I will absolutely have to go... More

My favorite resturant in town! I have never been disappointed here. Love the Chobee press and the Italian sub. If you get the works you will need a fork and knife to eat your sub. I also love the Cream of Mushroom soup and the Lobster bisque (my fav). Staff is friendly. You refill your own drink. Make sure you... More
