Food was absolutely awful. My daughter wanted to come here so I reluctantly agreed. Had been here 5 years prior. Gimmicky carnival like presentations are the attraction for this restaurant. Don't come if you don't have small kids. Portions huge and the food was inedible and expensive. Many other better restaurants in Miami. Skip it.

My sister and daughter took me her for my birthday for my Miami beach weekend. It was a blast!! Looking at all the different sculptures and foods that other people order is fun. The food is really yummy and so Are the drinks. We had a great time!

The food was fun and plentiful. Probably not the most refined and amazing meal I have ever had but what it lacked in finesse it certainly made up for in extravagance and entertainment. Each dish is themed and presented dramatically in some fashion. From samurai swords to Buddhas shrouded in mist, the journey through each course feels like it should... More

I never been or even heard of another restaurant like this! They are all about presentation at Barton G. All their dishes are a novelty that you won't forget. It is fine dining, though, so go for a fun special occasion like a birthday—and make it worth it because it's on the pricey side (cocktails are like $30 a drink).... More

This restaurant is unique , the way they serve the food is amazing and never seen any where else. The food taste is average or even below average , but it is a place you must visit to see the plates they serve

First, I want to say the Service was some of the most Caring we have ever experienced. The Serving Team really cares, which was refreshing and enjoyable. The Food was some of the Most Expensive we have experienced and was Mediocre at best. The Deserts, that were Hugh, started at $40, as did the Dinner Entrees. This Experience was more... More

Very good restaurant. Unique I would say. Pros and Cons. I went there on my anniversary. Did not know was a 'fine dining" so was not over dressed. I'm 32 and my wife 25. I say that because my server was hostile and judgmental probably thinking we were not the right crowd for the place. I thought about leaving once... More

We dined at Barton G on a Thursday night. We ordered the stuffed gulf shrimp, Birds eye, and the Lobser mac and cheese. We were two people and we shared it all and it was More than enough. We couldn't finish it in order to keep room for dessert. For dessert we ordered the fun cake (funnel cakes) with toppings.... More

Place is definitely fun, food and drinks comes with cute props, it is entertaining. Food was not great, though. Voodoo shrimp is literally fried shrimp mixed with popcorn. The macaroni and cheese with lobster and truffles is the best (although last time I was there it had a lot more lobster). The "peking" chicken was totally flat, disappointing. The kobe... More
