Great food. Staff were lovely. Reasonable prices especially if staying in the Essex House or Clevelander Hotels (20%) discount. The beef and pork were amazing.

Heard such great things about Zen Sai so strolled over for a bite on a recent Sunday. Superb service but average, trendy Japanese. Expected much more interesting. Felt a bit off afterwards. Perhaps a second try for a lunch w closer scrutiny of the menu.More

Service and everything was terrible. Food is regular high priced and awful service. We were 20 and ordered waited over 2 hours for food and some of us never got what we ordered.
