I love taco salad and Taco Rico did an amazing job, fresh and flavourful. They also give you a basket of free corn chips and they have a salsa bar where we can choose from their various types of salsa to dip your chips in. Good price point and decent portion size too!

We really enjoyed this place despite being a fast food restaurant. The people are helpful and acknowledged my allergies and as a result we got the food as requested and no ingredient was included which was asked to be skipped from the food. Furthermore, it's a small and clean and very very quick place with great prices.

We were staying around the corner at the Courtyard. We arrived famished late afternoon and the hotel receptionist recommend this place for a quick snack and beer before dinner. She was spot on! There is seating inside and outside. Two of us shared the huge plate of chicken nachos and each had a Corona. Perfect for re-energizing us to hit... More

They use a lot of cheese in taco, which is quite americanized. I would rather avoid this place at all costs

Although situated off Washington Av, this place is simply brilliant for tex mex. we ordered quite a variety from the menu that indeed has a lot to offer. Taco 🌮platter, chimichanga, enchiladas with an unlimited salsa bar to garnish the dish as we like. Service was super fast and the taste was very authentic. We really enjoyed our meal and... More

Ask for the vegan menu and try the tortillas de la casa, fresh made corn tortillas filled with te fried beans, red slaw, guacamole, a delicious combination. Plus retried beans and rice, a terrific meal.

We needed a reasonably priced meal in SoBe. Taco Rico fit the bill! It was freshly prepared. Large servings. We really enjoyed the fresh salsa bar. We even enjoyed the rice and beans served with the meal. They served us free tortilla chips also. The service was very friendly. If we'd been spending more time in SoBe, we would've returned!

Great value! This is where you will see local policemen or firemen eat. Because they know where food is good and the price is good. Not fancy. It is a Mexican food. basic ambience. Great for those on budget and those that value good food without eating fancy.

Used to go here all the time. Great, cheap, quick tex-mex food. Now it's closed to make way for some garish monstrosity they are putting in. Too bad
