I had breakfast at this restaurant. It was good. The omelet was very good. They did not have all the veggies that my friend wanted in hers, but my cheese omelet was very good. All breakfasts come with french fries, which I guess is similar to hash browns, but still didn't enjoy as much as hash browns. I ordered bacon... More

After almost of week of paying very high prices to eat in Miami Beach, it was a pleasure to find this small restaurant. It serves lunch and breakfast. It has a Cuban flair that colors almost all of its dishes, but if what you want is just a simple breakfast, it has that too. I had the Baby Steak with... More

Food was okay. Not many choices. Fries with omelet and bread. No de-caf coffee. Service was very fast. Probably won't go back

Get a Cuban coffee and a couple of pastries at a great price for anywhere, feels like you're stealing in Miami Beach. The fresh ham and cheese croissant was amazing, as well and the guava and cheese turnover. If you go right when they open you may have to wait for the hot breakfasts but I'm sure it's worth it... Food is fabulous and Cuban coffee is amazing. We had breakfast and lunch at the cafe almost every day. The Cuban Coffee Late is fabulous.

Read on TripAdvisor that it is a good spot. It is close to our hotel so we went here for dinner one night. Small cafe, apx 10 tables. Tasty hamburgers. Reasonably priced. The waitress however was rude. They had already put tips on the check and she asked if we wanted to add som more. No we said. She was... More

This little gem offers great Cuban food at a great price. It is a comfortable 12 table restaurant that provides great service and no long wait on food preparation. The staff are attentive and very helpful.

The service was very friendly. I accidently knocked over a glass of pineapple juice and the boss did not charge me! She cleaned it up and couldn't have been nicer. The food was awesome and plentiful. This is a godsend if you are staying at the AC Hotel and you need good food without having to walk or take a... More

Nothing fancy but I am glad I went to Tropical Cafe for Cuban cuisine. Staff was friendly and attentive. Servings were large. Food was excellent. Prices were very good. I recommend Tropical Cafe if you are interested in good food at a good price.

This cafe was a quick walk from our hotel. I like to try locally owned places and this was a great find. Don't let the stripcenter location put you off. It's nothing fancy at all but the Cuban and Miami sandwiches were amazing! Actually one would be plenty to share. Finished with the best cortadito I've had in a while!... More
