ALL PERFECT COOKING STYLE WITH NO FANCY ADDITION

Every single dish that we ordered was mixed and cooked to perfection. Tuna tostones are unique. Croquetas de bacalhão (seacod) delicious. And the cocktails very well executed and presented. Try the Marabú mojito…with creamy mint foam topping it!

Take Advantage of the Miami Spice Week Promotion in September for Additional Savings

We were staying at a hotel within walking distance of the Brickell Marketplace so we decided to stroll on over for dinner. Beforehand, I was viewing the Miami Spice website and noticed that Marabu was a participating restaurant. We ordered the skirt steak and this...was by far the best and most flavorful steak that I have ever tasted. LITERALLY AMAZING! The service was on point and staff even came out to do a birthday serenade for our b-day person. Although it was a bit pricy, this is to be expected in Miami for good food and mojitos! The only thing is that the restaurant tends to run a little warm temperature-wise due to the open façade. Attached is a photo of how your check is delivered too!More

Excellent Cuban food with a twist.

The chevice app was delicious and beautifully arranged. The Ropa vieja bowl a nice new take on a traditional dish, without sacrificing the traditional flavor of the dish. The Cuban sandwich, was filled with juicy pork and ham, keeping to the traditional taste and taking...it a step further. The margarita was right on point and definitely not watered down.More

Tony at the bar is phenomenal … ceviche and his drinks = magic

My husband and I sat at the bar and were fascinated watching Tony the bartender DO MAGIC!!! He was so cool under a tremendous amount of pressure serving a bar full of clients and attending to 5 servers as well. We would come back time...and again just to watch him work!!! His drinks are spot on and well worth a visit to Marubu just to see the Tony Show and enjoy his creativity!!More

Great place

Food was amazing. Our server, Angie. Can't say enough about her. Advice, suggestions. Amazing server. Started with empenadas, amazing She suggested the Sea Bass to my wife. What a great meal. Love this place!

We came here after a long day and wanted to unwind. It was also my birthday. The food was amazing and our server Tony was the sweetest. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The food was great and the service was top tier!
