We enjoyed our dining at this restaurant. It is a place to dine not just eat. The food was excellent, the service very friendly, and we really enjoyed it! The dinners are very realistically Polish.

Friends of ours in Florida spent a bit more than a year living in Poland a few years ago. Recently they heard rave reviews - one at the eye doctors and another from a hairdresser - about a Polish restaurant in Melbourne. We decided to give it a try. Six of us visited "Salt & Sweet" this evening and we... More

I ordered perogies. The waitress was very rude. I was the only one there at lunch time. She kept talking on phone my entire visit. I got my perogies they were very good but I needed some hot sauce. I kept waiting on her and finally I got up and asked her. But she was so busy talking on phone... More

Salt and Sweet serves authentic Polish food and drink. We have been there numerous times with friends. Portions are generous and typical of Eastern Europe. The have a nice selection of Polish beers. Classy place.

Having had a couple of good lunch experiences, we decided to take visiting family out for a nice dinner. Made reservations. Showed up on time and were promptly seated. We were then completely ignored. Waitresses would frequently pass the table, give us a glance and keep walking. People seated after us were served drinks and food. We couldn't even get... More

Ordered a combo plate and just not that excited. Everything was rather oily and not all that flavorful. May try it once more as everyone can have an "off" day.

Polish food doesn't excite me but I have friends that like this restaurant. My first impression of the place was that it is clean and elegant. The servers were attentive and appeared to be family. I ordered pierogies, and tasted the duck and Zrazy. I can tell you that they were all wonderful, and everyone I dined with love the... More

Great food and service. One of the best traditional Polish food in the Southeast. Worth visiting if you are in the area

We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Salt and Sweet Restaurant. I had "Zrazy Polskie": Rolled beef stuffed with bacon, sautéed onions, dill-pickles and- bell peppers, served with silesian dumplings and red cabbage. My wife had Polish Sampler Plate. Both were excellent. With a wonderful setting and great service you will enjoy a meal here. Do not let the location fool... More

The owners are the people who are on site at all times. You can relax in a European atmosphere and feel like you are back home in Poland, table cloths and all. But casual is great. The sampler platters are great. If you are visiting from the Polish areas of Chicago, Detroit, or New York, you will be happy to... More
