Attended a concert for the "band of heathens" and had a nice dinner beforehand. They did a great job with converting the parking lot into a concert venue with table service for drinks and a full menu. Wonderful night, we will be back.

Love going here with hubby. Last time it was cold and we sat right beside outdoor heater, warm on the front and cool on the back. haha. Worth it. DH always gets the fish sandwich and depends on what's available. He loves the grouper. I get the firecracker shrimp. Just a bit of sarachi-oil over deep fried shrimp on a... More

The live music was nice, but...my husband and I split the grouper tacos (grilled), and they had absolutely no flavor/taste. They were completely unseasoned...all we tasted was the tortilla. My mom had the calamari appetizer, which she liked...but the menu was not great, the food we saw coming out of the kitchen did not look that appetizing, and our food... More

You might drive right past the Old Fish House Marina Restaurant in Matlacha, but take a moment to find it. The grilled grouper was delicious and not tilapia as some restaurants are apt to dupe an unknowledgeable consumer with.

Had a wonderful lunch here on the deck listening to the Live Music on New Year's Eve afternoon!!! Very casual - nothing fancy at all - and the food is not at all inexpensive. But it's the whole ambience of enjoying fresh seafood in a lovely, quaint fishing village. I had the clam chowder, which was very good and the... More

Very good place to eat. Had the clam chowder which was thick and very tasty. The shrimp platter was made with very nice size and great taste. Will go there often when in the area. They had live music starting at noon.

They have music most days in season. The grouper is wonderful and fresh. My husband had hog fish which he loved. This is a regular stop for us if we want something a little different from a regular lunch stop. Very relaxing and tasty.

We tried all of the Matlacha resturants and this was the only one we haven't been too. Very good find. Good food and I must say that Bethany our waitress was by far the best we have experienced. Prices good for food, wine very good and inexpensive. $3.75 per glass. Old rustic atmosphere. Only a few tables on the water... More

The Old Fish Marina is a rustic old Florida establishment. We called in for lunch and had fresh fish with sweet potato chips. Our server was pleasant and quick.

We decided to visit today for gas. We asked if it was okay to dock there and walk around. The guy that helped us said yes. So we stopped in and the fish store and thought we might buy something on the way back. We walked around town for a bit and then went back, the guy chased us down... More
