I always love to go to Antonio's when I visit family in Maitland. Great food, great atmosphere, great wine and delicious deserts. There are two restaurants when visit, the upstairs white table cloth and the downstairs bistro. I'm more into the quaintness of the bistro. You should give it a try when your visiting Maitland.

The is an authentic Italian grocery, deli, and restaurant. From what I saw there is causal dining in the first level market and more formal dining upstairs. The extended family visited early Sunday afternoon and we were seated downstairs. The service was good and the food even better. Everything was cooked and served with care. The tastes and flavors very... More

Best Caesar salad I've ever eaten (I am not often enthused by anything green). The fettuccine alfredo was SO good, but I just couldn't eat it all! Wished I had brought a cooler in the car for leftovers. I will go back when I'm in the area again.

Antonio's Maitland A nice olde place, lots of potential there, but in need of urgent renovations, let's see: After our fantastic gastronomic Summer evenings in New York and Southeast Florida, were we enjoyed many highly rated places, like; "Daniel", "Bouley", "Atera" and none others than "Le Bernardin" and "EMP" in NY, plus "Azul", "La Mar by Gaston Acurio", "Zuma" and... A great place with a lot of character. Formal dining upstairs and more laid back dining downstairs. Downstairs is also a deli/specialty store with interesting wines and a variety of foods. One of the few places we go to regularly in the Orlando area

Antonio's after many years is still one of my favorite places to eat. The downstairs has a great atmosphere with various wines, liquors, and food items available for retail purchase. Service is spot on and Rich is fantastic with wine pairing assistance. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes reasonably priced but very tasty Italian food and likes a... More

My wife and I enjoyed lunch upstairs. Leandro was our waiter and he did an excellent job. We enjoyed the calamari, arugula salad, red snapper specials, tiramisu along with some wine, whiskey, and cocktails. Looking forward to another visit in the near future and will probably ask for Leandro if he is available.

This review is for the Downstairs Cafe. Tables are set within the wine and food market. Buy any of the wines in the store (nice selection and the wine staff is great!) and it's just a $5 corkage. Food is typical Italian dishes and everything is tasty. Portions are generous. I always enjoy the creamy house salad dressing. Staff is... More

Antonio's Maitland has two unique Restaurants with their own distinct personalities and flair for producing a superior traditional Italian dining experience. The two restaurants are Antonio's Ristorante upstairs and Antonio's Market & Cafe downstairs, both co-located in Maitland, Florida at 611 South Orlando Avenue. Antonio's Upstairs Maitland, also known as Antonio's La Fiamma Ristorante, is an experience you must try. The feeling you get on entry is like being transformed to a place in Italy where the aroma's smell intoxicating, and the atmosphere is inviting like a "Tuscan Villa". Options abound inside the upstairs restaurant from the elegant main dining room, to the beautiful "Balcony" overlooking Lake Lily, to an engaging and vibrant bar area, and well appointed private dining rooms. In addition to the facilities, the cuisine is a delicious combination of of Italy's varied regions. Accompanied by an extensive wine list and prepared by Antonio's award winning Chef's, your olfactory and visual senses immediately come alive when you walk in the door. The smells of wonderful foods prepared using wood burning ovens produces the best Orlando offers for Black Angus Steaks, Fresh Seafood and a variety of classical Italian dishes designed to please your palate. People from all over Orlando, Maitland, Winter Park and other suburbs make it a point to stop by. Ntonio's Market & Cafe Downstairs Maitland is one-of-a-kind in greater Orlando. Upon entering, you will be greeted with warm, friendly faces and immediately, you will encounter the Antonio's Aroma! That smell says it all..."La vita e` TROPPO BREVE Per Mangiare MALE"....Translation "Life is Too Short to not Eat Good". The Market & Cafe has ample seating inside and out, and if you are "on the go", stop by and grab any of our freshly prepared dishes for your convenience. One of the more unique features of the Market & Cafe is the shopping. Before you sit down for lunch or dinner, get your favorite bottle of wine, and your server will cork it for you tableside. Same price as if you were walking out the door with a nominal $5 corkage fee to accompany your meal. The store has a large selection of prepared dishes, Italian meats, cheeses, pasta, fresh vegetables, along with numerous other unique food items and dry good products for your kitchen. Antonio's is a great place for that special gift for the hard to please, and gift cards are available.
