I drive through Live Oak a couple times a year. First time ordering from this Pizza Hut for delivery to my hotel. Not only was my order well over 1 hour late, closer to an hour-and-a-half, with the promise of 30 minutes, but after the...hotel clerk called them to see what was up, and a promise of a fresh hot pizza, it was not hot at all. Also the cost for med pizza with 3 toppings and 1 16 oz drink came to 19.77. The driver gave me an excuse that it wasn't his fault, don't blame him. I don't know if he was a manager or not. I didn't need an excuse, I merely wanted hot food, my promise of a hot pizza. Now here it is, nearly 3 a.m. several hours after eating 3 slices, I'm sick from what I believe is the pizza, because I hadn't had anything else to eat since around noon on Sunday. Oh, and no thought of a courtesy discount.More

got sick after eating lunch buffet. Don't think it was the pizza. usually it's a good place for lunch.

Consistent in quality of food, staffing, and experience. Whether I am getting pizza to go or eating inside the restaurant, Pizza Hut is the best choice in the area. The food is always exactly as ordered and top quality.

Pizza isn't bad. Not great. Wings always tasted & seemed under cooked. & they were super light with the sauce on the wings. A lot of wings didn't even have sauce on them. Ordered delivery wings. Got the wrong order. Got honey bbq wings. So...called back to request our original order of mild buffalo wings. We were told our correct order was on its way. Almost 2 hours later we called pizza hut back. They (mgr) was/were waiting to contact the customer before sending out another order. .(our correct order)Though our receipt was correct. Our phone number was not. Apparently they had entered the wrong phone number, even after confirming the correct number the 1st order/time. So finally we get our correct order~super fast delivery time, by a young man that was very professional & friendly. They forgot the ranch. :( We didn't want to wait another hour to eat so we said f it. We only had to pay for our order & didn't have to return the 1st delivery. (they can't resell it anyways) Pasta was dry & chewy. (separate occasion) Not worth the price. If you do get pizza hut, try the pizza fav crust. Its pretty good.More

We eat here about once a week. The wait staff is AWESOME, especially Vicky that has been there a long time. The staff are very attentive to what ever you may need and are constantly refilling your beverages. I love coming here because they have...a fantastic salad bar at lunch with so much variety. My husband loves their pizza and I like it when they have the veggie pizza or just plain cheese. It is excellent value for your money and the restrooms are always clean. They also have excellent wings.More

We ordered from here on July 25th after a tiring day of adventuring at Ichetucknee Springs. We ordered one meat lovers, one half cheese, half mushrooms, and one barbecue, onion, and pepper pizza and we absolutely loved all three! Service was fast (ordered online and...took about 14 minutes for pizzas to be ready), and the lady at the cash register was very friendly. Would eat here again!More
