Service was good and the food was just like at all Olive Gardens so no complaints from us. We recommend the place!

Walked in Olive Garden - 3 female employees were standing at the hostess desk. Another female was at the take out counter. Total - 4 female employees. After several minutes, one asked how many - we replied 2. We were told "It will be a...few minutes" During this time, NO one entered or left the restaurant. When were finally seated, we were taken to the bar. I replied I did not want to sit in the bar and was told it would be at least a 15 minute wait. We left. 2nd time - BAD experience. We will not return.More

We have been coming here for many years. On June 5, 2021, we called in our order. They forgot breadsticks and mints. Every order had pasta with it, they put a teaspoon of sauce on it! My mom ordered Shrimp with Alfredo sauce for 1899...and the same thing there was no sauce. We spent $80 to be totally dissatisfied. Something was really wrong no cook maybe we shouldn’t have to pay the price I think I’ll call the manager and get a total refundMore

5/29/21 at 3:45 in the afternoon. We stopped for lunch/dinner. There were 6 employees standing at the hostess stand. We were taken to the bar to be seated and we told the employee we did not want to set in the bar. We were told...we HAD to be seated in the bar and then the girl asked if we would be ok with being seated in the bar. I replied "I don't guess we have a choice". There were several empty tables. Not 6 minutes after we were seated, a couple came in and were seated in another room (not the bar) Thank goodness we had a good waiter (Andre) Will think twicw about returning.More

My beautiful wife and I were celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary and her birthday,, of which she wanted Olive Garden. The closest location is the one listed on this map on US Hwy 98, just North of I-4 in Lakeland (our favorite!). Our Server -...Miss Annie, was most attentive, pleasant and very positive! I never had to wait for a Tea refill and if you've read any of my other reviews, this is a huge deal for me! Annie made sure our visit was the absolute BEST we could possibly have!!! She even personally wrote "Happy Anniversary" on the plate in the yummy Raspberry sauce from our pastry dessert, which she also comped for us! This was by far the most amazing experience we have had yet at any Olive Garden and they've all been great! The food quality was of course what one would expect from Olive Garden - Tasty and Delicious; but today, it just seemed to more delicious than ever before!!! The restaurant was very clean, with standard Covid precautions being utilized for everyone's safety (face masks and copious amounts of hand sanitizer everywhere!)!!! THANK YOU Olive Garden and Miss Left Handed Annie with spectacular Blue hair!!! Yes Ma'am, you deserved that gracious tip!!More

My wife and I stopped in for lunch. We got a new server Ally, her first day. She did a fabulous job, was very attentive. The food keeps getting better, and they added a few more items on their menu. We will definitely be back...and ask for Ally as our serverMore

It never fails. Everytime we visit this restaurant we are always very happy with both the service and the quality of the food. We got there after 7 pm on a Sunday evening and thought we were going to have to wait, or worst get...food that had been sitting around. To our great surprise we were brought into the restaurant almost upon arrival. Our food took almost no time to get to our table and our waitress was oh so awesome with my children and grandma. Olive Garden was quite busy on a Saturday evening. So I decided to go to sit in the bar area. I must say even though there was only two of them, they worked very well. My meal was amazing!!

I wish the food was as superior as the customer service. Eggplant parm is always soggy and soaked with oil. The portions are mediocre at best. The prices went up while the portions and quality have diminished. I stopped eating there long ago but tried...it again recently and was very disappointed. The soup salad and bread sticks are always amazing. Your staff however is absolutely amazing. Friendly and professional.More

Natalie was an amazing server and we will ask for her next time. To begin with she kept a hostess from seating an immediate walk-in while there were 5 set of diners waiting 15 minutes to be seated. Restaurant not busy so did not understand...the long wait; that is until we watched the busboy slowly doing a half-asked job. He actually hooked a white garbage bag of trash filled with half eated food over a chair right next to where we were seated. AND he walked off and left that nasty stuff right by me. He went to tables picking up glasses two at a time and placing them on a tray also next to us. After smelling all that while he slowly loaded the tray for almost 10 minutes, I had no choice but to speak loudly to him twice to ask him to please remove all that trash, which he slowly did with a smirk on his face. When Natalie came for our order I told her what had happened and she told management but he did not come to our table until I saw him and asked him for a minute of his time. WOW. Does anybody think that is acceptable??? My soup was delicious, hot, tasty and satisfying. I just wish I had been offered another bowl and hubby also wanted more salad but we were not offered or asked. The salad here is always fresh, large and perfectly covered with their wonderful dressing. Our angel hair pasta and meat sauce was kinda bland but my meatballs were amazingly moist, tender and delicious. We will return just no garbage hanging over a chair please.More

I guess they did away with the free wine samples , Which I don't drink but I have notices some changes , No more chocolate mints at the end when you pay now those I eat . But over all of my experience is this...place is always pack so expect a wait , service was good on this day and the deal they have going on for $12.99 is worth it .More

Could not understand what the problem was. Took about 10 minutes for the bar drinks which were very weak. Soup was saltier than normal. Soup refill took 15 minutes. Pasta was just OK. It will be some time before we return.
