This is the type of place you're probably looking for in the Florida Keys. I'd describe it as a waterfront bar (and seafood shack The bar is upstairs and the family friendly section is downstairs by the dock. All very low key and casual. It appears to be owned by actual fisherman (the commercial fleet sails from next door) and... More

The seafood is fresh as evidenced by the fishing fleet adjoining the facility. The facility consists of a seafood store (buy and take away), a bar (upstairs), a dining area (downstairs) and a kitchen. We went to the bar for beer, walked downstairs to order food, and returned downstairs in about 10 minutes for our food. There is a raw... More

Apparently the bar above the restaurant is renamed yearly. This year it is called the Honky Conch. We went every day for the $2 stone crab claws and delicious fish dip. At sunset they do a toast with a tasty shot. Friendlly people, great service and delicious food!!

A state park employee recommended this place and we loved it! It's off the main road so most might pass it by but we were glad to know about it. The seafood is fresh and tasty. When you give your order you're asked for a "famous" name. I gave Judy Garland so that's what they called when our order was... More

Great soups and our stone crabs were perfectly cracked. We have mad skills when it comes to crab and the mustard sauce is the best I ever had.

The stone crab were inadequately cracked — same knuckle on 8 of 15 claws completely intact The mussels were bathing in briny | over salted broth The fish tacos contained fried dolphin What a terrible experience for this Joes Stone Crab outlet

Great place for a drink or two and appetizers in the bar just up and to the left of the restaurant and fish store. We enjoyed both shrimp and claws on 2 different nights, great water view at sunset and nice staff. We also bought fresh grouper and shrimp which we cooked at our rental condo - excellent.

Thank Paul S
