I went to Puerto Rico the last year and came with the craving for Mofongo, (Plantains smash and fried with different items), I guess after eating the real deal I was a bit disappointed , The Plantain was hard (I guess from previously frozen) and the service was not good at all. Will not go back there. I guess I... More

Awesome mofongo and delicious soups. Full of flavor. The restaurant is behind the building but easy to find.

I gave a 3 because is so busy and seems popular with locals. But the food is poor quality meaning taste like frozen poor quality food. We order the mariquitas to start and they had an odd color and taste. like if they had refried them again in old oil. We send them back but the waitress insisted that she... More

I have come here for lunch and dinner, always delicious and very reasonable in prices. The service is always friendly, and if you celebrate your birthday you are treated to a show topping Happy Birthday with music, candles and singing. Every dish I have ordered has always been fresh and hot, never disappointed. I highly recommend this restaurant for couples,... More

Best mofongo ever. Even better than on island. Not salty and/or dry like others. Can't go wrong from pork, chicken (grilled or enchilada style), shrimp or fish. Very reasonable. Live keyboardist adds to great experience. We always come when in area and have traveled many times over the years from Boca.

A little jewel hidden away in a shopping center bordering a major highway in Hialeah. So far, all the food i have tried is wonderful, like home made with a lot of the latin spices. Also, live entertaiment. When in Miami, make time and come visit this place, you will not be wasting your time or money.

We go here as a family to celebrate a few of our birthdays. The service is very good and they are attentive to all the guests. Its pretty funny how they all dance and sing and do a little show when its someone's birthday. The kids love it!! There is live music by a gentleman who takes requests and is... More

On a Thursday night it was not crowded, but there was live music. Not being familiar with Cuban food we depended on the waitress for advice. She was very patient, friendly, and helpful. We ended up with the combination which included a kind of pulled pork. Food was well prepared and very tasty with large portions of meat.
