We absolutely love the Premiere! We have a nice time every time we go and we love the atmosphere of books meets the beach. We've been here with friends and all by ourselves, for a quick supper and for a special birthday dinner. The owner...Manuele is a real sweetie, bringing us cheesecake with a candle for my hubby's birthday and taking pics of us! There is a special place in heaven for him and his wonderful staff. Keep doing what you're doing guys. We love ya!More

Cute craft beer bar, with some of the best pizza I have had in a long time. Only had pizza and beer but the sandwiches looked great also.

A mother-son team work this sweet spot. Mom has broken English but they are hardworking. If you request fresh bread -it is to die for! Fresh and warm out if the oven with fresh parmesan cheese on top! The Scottish Salmon is fresh from the...local market and request extra seasoning because it truly makes it! We had veggies on the side but if you don't like green peppers order a salad instead. This bar/restaurant has outdoor heaters, library books that we got permission to snag for the beach, and a guitar waiting for a willing artist. The wood bar is rustic and welcoming. Don't be in a rush and you'll find the pricing and quality a charm. There's even a pool adjoining that makes it all the more vacation-like.More

We were staying at the Premiere Hotel so we ordered some pasta dishes but after waiting about 30 minutes they informed us that the stove was having trouble boiling the water so they comp’d us some more table snacks and desserts. The entrees were good....Once we got our pasta after about an hour, we ate about 10% of our food before we were full from all our snacks :| They did their best to handle the situation and overall it was a good experience.More

I'm looking forward to be back at Fort Lauderdale and visit the Premiere Bar again. Because of the Pandemic I don't travel. I really miss their craft beers and the Scothish salmon that is their specialty. I have been there several times and all these...opportunities were awesome. They have a very good selection of wines, from which the Argentinean Catena Malbec is remarkable. The environment and the staff have always contributed to make great experiences for me. I hope to be there ASAP. Samuel SedranMore

Craft beer and good Wine Soon the airports from my country, Argentina, will reopen. After such a long time isolated at home I dream of going back to my favorite places. The Premiere Hotel and the Premiere Bar are at the top of my list....This bar has the best environment in Fort Lauderdale. Right now, I see myself there, sharing a healthy friendship while drinking the best craft beer or a good wine. I hope all my friends from the Premiere Bar are doing well in this special time. Wait for me. Horacio PetraccaMore

I have been at the Premiere Bar several times enoying their Argentinean typical dishes. What I like the most are the empanadas. They also serve the best Malbec wine from Mendoza, Argentina, branded "Catena". Everybody knows that the Bars and Restaurants are among the most...affected activities during what is going on across the whole World.I send my best wishes and soon recovery to the Premiere Bar and the wondetful people that work there. We were last week with my family at the Premiere and we missed you guys. The best beer/wine selection and amazing food, with unquestionably unparalleled service.

This is a small and beautiful restaurant. They treat you like if you are at home. Their service is outstanding, always smiling and caring for their costumers. Everybody there is happy and the owner and servers make you feel always welcome. The food is not..."fancy food" it is home made food, a lot of delicious and fresh food, because the portions are so generous and it looked like "la Nona" (Italian grandmother) was cooking at the kitchen. Premier has no fancy food if you are looking for something exotic or fancy to eat, but I can guarantee you that after you eat the Premier you won't go anywhere else. You will come back for more every night! Don't forget their wines selection and desserts to die for! And the empanadas!!!!!! You won't be disappoint.More
