Jazzy's is a casual eatery with indoor - & pleasant outdoor - seating. Service was friendly & competent. I would prefer to give a 3.5 rating, if 1/2 stars were an option. "The good": grouper, fish (haddock) & chips, macaroni salad (although the portion size...More

Can you spell delicious??? If you like lobster, shrimp, clams, etc. this is the place to be. Eat in or take out. Fried or broiled, there is something for everyone! The lobster roll is scrumptious and not drenched in mayo. The onion rings are probably...More

We got the fried shrimp and fish sandwich, both were worthy. Guess we should have got the lobster since that's the name of the place. Clam Chowder was VERY good.

So, we drove 80 miles to go to Ron Jon’s and to Jazzy’s for a late lunch. They had good reviews for their lobster rolls, so we gave them a try. Ordered it with a cup of clam chowder for $15.99. The chowder was hot...More

Visited this place on a Sunday. The staff was very friendly. Very laid back atmosphere. They offered a good variety of beers, unfortunately, nothing on tap. I enjoyed the fried calamari, very tasty.

The place is deficient in many ways, which could be overlooked if the food was excellent, however that was not the case. Do not believe all the great reviews they must be gaming the rating game.

We were there for a late lunch. Nice day so we sat outside. The loud music playing almost drowned out the traffic noise from A1A (which is maybe100ft from the tables). Lobster rolls and clam chowder were ok, but I've had better both here in...More

Coming from Connecticut and vacationing in Maine many, many times we miss the sweetness of New England lobsters created by the cold waters. This place does a good Lobster roll that my wife in particular likes. It's mixed with a bit of slaw/mayo. I'd prefer...More

We always go here when we are in Cocoa Beach. It is the best fish in town. You can get it grilled, breaded, blackened, etc. I had the fish and chips and the fish was mouth watering good with a light breading. I should remember...More

There are 7-8 picnic style tables outdoors on the terrace under an awning. Inside I would guess there are 7-8 more of varying sizes. All in all, the place probably seats 50+ people.

A traditional Maine lobster roll is a homemade split top hot dog bun, toasted on both sides. Filled with lobster salad, fresh picked lobster meat mixed with a little mayonnaise and chopped celery.
