The food was acceptable the room was loud and the service marginal. We were actually more disappointed with the dining room that felt dumpy and needs to replace windows that have been pitted and clouded from salt and sand spray. It just didn't feel well...More

Cute little Gulf fishing & clamming town, not really much here except restaurants and bars. We went to Steamers thinking this would be the best in town. We gave it a solid OK, nothing special. My wife had the seared Grouper and I had the...More

We were there Valentines Day night. We were told by people we couldn't get in because they would be too busy but just walked in and were seated. We had fried oysters from the appetizer menu with a side of fries and grilled grouper. Both...More

Grouper sandwich was nicely seared and the garlic parmesan fried were exceptional. The crab cake was very mushy and sub par, however. Happy hour from 3 - 6. Service at the bar was slow and inattentive although the bartender was trying hard to serve both...More

Real good place for eating seafood and on the water front. We had the grouper sandwich (a little dry - no mayo, tarter, or sauce comes with it). You have to ask which we thought was peculiar. That was disappointing. The fish dip was very...More

Had dinner here recently and was underwhelmed. The clam bowl was boring, the brussel sprouts were boiled and unexciting, the gumbo was overly salty. At least there was a decent draft beer selection (for Cedar Key).

Our food was just average and we thought the service was Ok but not great. We wouldn't eat there again.

Stopped here for lunch while visiting Cedar Key. We shared delicious steamed clams served in a seasoned broth, and Clam chowder, and both met our high New England standards. Followed these with a grilled Grouper sandwich washed down with locally brewed draft beer. Prices were...More
