On a recent visit we tried this place. Best Mexican food we had in this Area. Fast seating. The service was a little slow and th he food was not really hot but extremely good. Service Personnel was friendly and helpful. The waiting time was bridged with Salsa and testifies, yummy. Thank you for a pleasant Meal.

This is the third location of Coyote Rojo that we have tried and it is great as well. The portions are huge, the staff is friendly and attentive and the prices are super reasonable. The decor is neat as well. We love the fajitas and you always end up with a huge amount to go.

Busy busy place. But we were seated quickly & service was good! Convenient option as my mom lives close by! We will go again for sure

Craving some good Mexican food, we took the 45 min ride down I75 to Bushnell for steak, chicken & shrimp fajitas for two. Greeted & seated promptly, waiter close behind with warm tortilla chips and perfectly seasoned homemade salsa in hand. Drinks ordered and in less than 10 min a sizzling skillet mounded with meat, shrimp & veggies was placed... More

Was staying over night in the area and happened upon Coyote Rojo by chance. Very large menu - lots of choices. Placed a "to go" order and it came out pretty quickly. When I got to my hotel room, I was surprised by the generouis portions and awesome flavors.

As always the food and service was wonderful. I had the carne asada dinner.. yum!! My father who was convinced there would be nothing he would like had the vegetarian fajitas and really enjoyed the meal. We were even very surprised with the amount and variety of vegetables in the dish. They were perfectly seasoned and flavorful without being spicy... More

I felt that the service here was a bit slow from what i'm used to from other restaurants like this. However, the staff was friendly. My enchilada's arrived "warm" to "lukewarm", definitely not piping hot like I like it. Other people in my party had no complaints with their dishes, though. I also wasn't super impressed with their menu -... More

Great fresh-Mex style Mexican food. Doesn't look like much on the outside, but the interior is much nicer. Highly recommend.
