Shannon our waitress was very nice. My husband had the fish and chips special and he enjoyed it. The price was reasonable. I had a grouper sandwich and it was good. I guess since it was served on a brioche bun it increased the price. $18.99 is a little steep for a fish sandwich that was just good, not worth... More

This is a local restaurant that a fair number of locals go to. I have always had a good time except that the last time the specials had disappeared and the food wasn't as great.

We had lunch at Rodes today with 5 people; three of whom had terrible meals; the other two were ok but nothing special. Fish & chips were inedible; fish was undercooked and slimey and there was a piece of chicken in with the fish. Po' boys weren't much better, with fish tasting less than fresh. Fries were cold. Service was... More

First let me say that I broke my rule of: If a restaurant has a largely empty parking lot at peak dining hours- don't eat there. The wait staff were courteous and attentive. So I decided to splurge on the triple tail fish special, broiled. ( good fish doesn't need to be hidden under sauces) I grew up fishing in... More

Reviews said this was best key lime pie in the area. We had supper at The Crust in Naples and wanted dessert. Service was awful pie was worse. Bland no real flavor. Soggy crust. I'm not sure about the food but skip the pie

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here. First timer, found it by driving by. I sat at the bar since I was alone and they were all so welcoming. They had great happy hour deals on their fresh seafood. I had steamed oysters for starters. Fantastic! Also tried the fresh made clam chowder. It might be the best I've ever had.... More

We stumbled onto this place after refusing to wait at Two other restaurants down the road. We were a tad nervous when we walked In with the " grandma feel" old decor fish theme mixed with a granny decorating thrown in. But......Conch fritters we delicious and we got the flounder with her was also yummy. Keylime pie to go wasn't... More

Rodes has been a mainstay of mid market dining in the Bonita Springs area for more than 20 years. Apparently it was sold a couple of years ago and the slide downhill has been precipitous. The food isn't bad but the service is pretty awful. We were greeted by a sullen young lady was indicated by her mannerisms that she... More
