This place is very small but clean and friendly. The food is good and more French Canadian than Parisian style-resulting in a somewhat less authentic French cuisine, Especially noticeable in their baguettes, onion soup, and very limited menu.

My husband and I love the Tulipe Cafe!! All of the food is wonderful, particularly the quiche. The owners are French and they are so sweet. I loved this cafe before we went to Paris and now even more so!
The owner prefers to speak French, the pastries are what you would expect from any small local French pastry. Of course there is a selection of espresso and cappuccinos, good for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
