The waitress who served us was beyond rude.... very condescending and not helpful. The food was tasty however, the portions were small for the prices charged. All members of our party thought there food was "ok" but disliked some of the ingredients used.... the mugwort, and the sea vegetables used were almost inedible, and the broccoli was roasted to almost... Visited a(MUSE) on the EATING Rehoboth Food Tour. Had the pleasure of meeting Hari/Chef & Owner of a(MUSE). Truly an individual who is passionate about his unique tasteful creations. Hope to return and experience again!

I avoided this place for years, the menu just looked weird - and I am an adventuresome diner. But late last fall, when most everything else was closed, I decided to give it a try. I was literally shocked by how good everything was. Beautiful presentation, like jewelry on a plate. And the flavors were fantastic. I don't know about... More

My wife and I were amazed at both the level of attention and the great food. We ordered the 5 course meal and could not believe that the chef would choose the courses based upon the likes and dislikes of each person. The mixed drinks were awesome. I had a jalapeno infused drink and my wife had a cucumber infused... More

Chef Hari Cameron stunned us. We came from DC with low expectations. We enjoyed every bite. We left converted and ready to return. My husband and I were celebrating our 10th anniversary. He was diagnosed as celiac about 30 years ago; I have life-threatening shellfish allergies. We can usually eat smart and be fine, but our choices are often uninspired... More

Last weekend we attended the vegan brunch event at aMuse. It was very tasty! The chef had a buffet set up with fresh salads and several other vegan offerings that were created for the brunch. The mushroom "scrapple" was really a stand out, as well as the avocado brownies! We've never dined here before when visiting Rehoboth (we come several... More

I didn't like my food! I read the glowing reviews so decided to try it. Nothing on the menu really appealed so we ordered 3 appetizers, an entree to share and 2 desserts. Fava beans and bamboo shoots were unappealing, foie gras was good, Delmonico steak was thin, over cooked and tough. The unconstructed chocolate cake (why?) was interesting and... More

We reserved a table for a quiet Monday during restaurant week as we haven't been here in a while and thought this a good opportunity to give it another try. Overall, I was very impressed. My wife stared with the cheese & crackers, then the cacio e pepe, then the black garlic steak. All 3 were delicious! She had 2... More

Love the potted chicken to start, husband has the pasta which was good but I had the soft shell crabs which were very good, very nice bottle of wine but loved the 'cracker jack' dessert. Very creative and really good, I would come back just for that but then I would miss some very good entrees. I can't wait to... More

Attentive staff, good wines at reasonable prices & most importantly creative food that strives to be well above what you would expect to see at the beach. Very friendly vibe from the staff. No rush if you want to linger over dessert.
