We actually went here twice for lunch (my personal rule is to not visit the same place twice on a trip). Prices are competitive with surrounding establishments. The freshness of the food was remarkable, not something I usually notice. Lunch in the middle of winter...means few customers, but the service was good.More

A group of us stopped in Hammerheads for drinks and decided that it would be good to have something to eat. We chose to have a big plate of wings -- with Old Bay seasoning. This was a good choice as the wings we were...quite flavorful without being overly spicy hot.More

Cold beer, beachy atmosphere, decent food, this is a good stop, especially for boaters. Salads were fresh, tater tots hot and crisp and the tacos very good.

We had the Sombrero omelet and crab benedict. Price is OK considering it's at the beach. Food is made to order. There was only a sprinkling of crab and sauce on the benedict but still a decent breakfast. Generous serving of tots.

The food was delicious! Loved the atmosphere, with pleasant servers. We were here for lunch, so we did not try the drinks.

We had originally planned to do Hammerheads next to the state park/brigde... Nope. Closed... So we wound up here. It was packed; we didn't have to wait, but it was so loud we couldn't hear one another at a tiny 3 top table. Our waitress...seemed annoyed that she was waiting on us & forgot to bring 1/3 meals. The crab benedict barely had any crab meat, and I can't absolutely say that what was advertised as avocado actually was avocado. Skip HammerheadsMore

Enjoyed brunch here with friends while watching the Women’s World Cup Final. The TV’s are plentiful and the crowd was enthusiastic and fun! We loved the cold brew Irish coffee (great idea!) and our food was fabulous! The poached eggs on the Crab Benedict were...cooked perfectly and the flavors of the lump crab, tomato, avocado, and hollandaise melded together wonderfully. A healthier friend said the fruit was fresh and the egg white omelette was great. The skillet, with eggs, cheese, and tots, was an amazing guilty pleasure. Will definitely return!More

We stopped in with our kids on a Sunday night and they had some live music. The atmosphere was friendly and fun. Food was good and they had a nice beer selection. Service was very prompt and friendly. Would recommend.

Because we had eaten at the competition before, we tried to again. But even in off season, the place had up to a 45 minute wait...and we didn't feel the need to have to wait that long, we decided to try Hammerheads. We were not...disappointed.More
