We ended up here by default after seeing an ad for Monday Music. It was warm, festive, and the music was local and fun. The menu had several choices and we settled on the special of fresh cod with zucchini and salad, and lamb chops with mashed potatoes and butternut squash. The mugs of tea were big and hot and... Easy for breakfast / lunch. Good food and a casual atmosphere. I use this as my alternative when Chaiwala is closed, and a very acceptable alternative it is.

We arrived at noon on a Friday. We were seated immediately. The waiter was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. The french fries were great. The menu has a wide selection, including a few international dishes and a couple of breakfast items. I wouldn't go here if you're I'm a rush. It's perfect for a relaxed, pleasant meal.

This restaurant is great. The atmosphere is friendly inside and out, and the food is always delicious whenever I order. Especially their specials, the lobsters are well prepared and freshly made. Holly, the owner is an amazing lady. As well as their chef, Chris, is one of the best chefs I know. Keep up the great job guys.

We followed the reviews and chose to have Saturday morning breakfast here rather than the Continental offered at the Interlaken Inn. We were so glad we did. The pastries looked amazing, but even my scrambled eggs were delicious. My husband got a breakfast sandwich on the croissant which he said was the best he's every had. Small dining room but... More

Small restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. We had a lovely breakfast and was interested in the Lobster Clambake Dinner Special offered during Labor Day weekend. We made reservations for 11 persons for dinner and then got a call from the owner that he really could not accommodate 11 persons as it would take up 30% of his eating... More

We ordered two eggs benedict for $13 each, which took 45 minutes to make, and came with nothing (no potatoes or salad). The hollandaise sauce was tasty, but the english muffins were overly toasted. We also ordered a side of pancakes, and two coffees (which were extremely watered-down). This came out to $50!! The pancakes were delicious, but overall it's... More

Salad nicoise here is a scoop if tuna salad with a few olives and green beans. I make more tasty food at home. The baguette, though they say is housemade, was like any white soft grocery store bread. I Did like the cucumber soup.

On a damp drizzly day, trying to do some geneology work, we found the town hall closed for a local vote, and the library being re-done. I spotted the Country Bistro's flag and we found a real hidden gem! A tiny place - open for breakfast & lunch, and dinner on the weekend. We had soup & a half a... More
