My husband and I enjoyed a cup of really excellent cappuchino here. We will come back if weare in the area again.

Friendly staff, delicious baked goods, coffee and teas. Great spot for a treat, and to recharge when downtown.
I always give Willoughby's a try when I visit Madison but am always disappointed. Aloof staff, coffee is mediocre, just uninspired-
They try to offer variety but the place needs an uplift, good cleaning and offer a wider selection of snacks and staff attitudes needs to be more positive and pro active

The coffee is OK (as in OK) but the tea is made with water from the red tap and is not boiling or fresh. The selection of pastries is limited and has that factory taste. My server seemed to be stoned.

I'm a regular at Willoughby's, as they have in my opinion simply the best coffee around. The service is good, some of the snacks are quite good (rugelacks (sp?)), others pretty standard fare, and once in a while not as fresh as they could be....More
