Visited today for a light lunch. Spouse vetoed my attempt to try deep-fried Texas French Toast (as recommended by reviewer Rodriquez S.); had to "make do" with conventional French toast. As has been the case during our many years of visiting here, the food, service, pricing, cleanliness, and pride of ownership shine through in this establishment. The menu is encyclopedic... More

Ok so the townhouse is a local favorite of our not just because the food is good, but seriously like it's the only place in the area that you can get good diner food anytime of the day or night. The menu is about 10 pages and we use color coding to tell each other the pages. I always get... More

Local, easy to get to on Route 12 near Groton side Gold Star Bridge. Food many choices, nothing fancy, popular prices. Only time, that I had to wait was once a Sunday Noon, waiting to be seated. After eating, you pay at the register.

You gotta try the deep fried Texas French toast!! This place is the northern version of the waffle house. Come anytime of the day or night and get some sobering up food!

Their breakfasts are very, very good. You won't leave hungry. Heck, you'll probably have left-overs! My one complaint is this... I am a Hot Turkey Sandwich fanatic, and most diners make good ones. This place does great for the sandwich - plenty of turkey and fresh bread. My complaint is with the gravy: It looks, smells, and tastes like cream... More

I want to this place with a good friend of mine at about 2 o'clock in the morning. The service was fantastic. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. I would highly recommend this place as a Groton experience.

Stopped over in Groton at Navy base. Found this place on your site do went for dinner. Very large menu with a variety of items. I had fried clam strips and it was a huge portions so I took half with me. Husband had broiled Boston scrod which he said was delicious. Would go back again.

Headed for Mexican food and found this place on the way. So glad we did. Menu was extensive with breakfast, lunch, or dinner to choose from. Open 24 hours. Options range from standard breakfast to burgers, sandwiches, steak, seafood, pasta, salads, prime rib and rack of ribs. Ordered off the "all inclusive" list. Hubby ordered prime rib which came with... More
