Can count on consistent fare each time, always a line, plenty of seating, some shade, also great ice cream too! Convenient location, enough parking, best burgers ever!!

I have been stopping at Harry's Place for sixty years. My family would stop on the way to the beach and when I had a son we would also stop and sometimes we would stop again on Sunday night going home. I stopped at Harry's for the first time in a couple of years and was happy to see not... More

When take our infrequent beach trip to the CT or RI shore, we always plan to stop at Harry's on the way home. This time both my wife and I had the calamari dinner plates. This includes fried calamari, coleslaw, a roll and french fries. We could have easily shared one meal as the plate is loaded with calamari and... More

Our family enjoys outings at Harry's Place every summer. They have really good fried clam strips, chili cheese fries, and hamburgers. They also have ice cream and milk shakes if you are looking for a frozen treat. Harry's place is always busy, but this is understandable since the food is so good. The staff works hard, and I highly recommend... More

Been to Harry's twice in the last week for the first times. As traditional as an old time stand can be, it's a good place to stop for a snack or a meal. Seems like parking could be an issue but there's plenty of seating options. Typical menu for this type of place, I had the stacker cheeseburger and chili... More

We have been stopping at Harry's Place for over 60 years. Harry's has great cheese burgers, hot dogs, onion rings and fries. I am from the "old" school, I have never had any of their other fried food. Their milk shakes are also great.

My husband didn't want to go to the "golden arches" restaurant for take-out so he stopped here. Small burgers and fries for the two of us were over $20! They weren't worth the price and it's just average tasting! Even though we live literally right around the corner we won't go back. We recently moved here and couldn't understand the... More

Searched online for a place to eat after picking up an eBay purchase in Colchester. Came up with Harry's, and person that we made purchase with second that choice. Had the bacon cheeseburger and fries for me and husband. Sandwich looked small , but man was it filling! It had to be the freshest burger we've ever had at a... More

been going here for 50 years ...now with my grandson...I knew Ruby Cohen and cut grass for him as a kid at his farm...and met many state politicians in his clubhouse barn... Only issue is they cooks keep squeezing the burgers with the spatula as they cook...dries them out...stop it.
