I stayed at the Four Season's right after the ski area closed for the season. Not much is open (restaurant's, stores), especially for breakfast. I had breakfast, it was very good, great service, but on a business budget, $30 for breakfast (including tax/tip) they would...More

Great service, amazing food. Love that the table had a variety of yummy dipping sauces for the meat. The price is $$$ but you feel like you got your moneys worth. Splurge and there will be no regrets. Try the grilled octopus!

Had a great time at Flame during Valentine's day. There was a wide choice of meats and you could tell the staff was experienced and engaging in the service. My only comment was regarding the price that easily goes over $200 for a traditional meal...More

We had breakfast and dinner at Flame, the place is amazing and the service if the best in town. The buffet is everything you need before a long day of ski, with the best nutella french toast. For dinner you should try the foie gras....More

The menu is designed for the meat aficionado. Wagyu beef, 32 day aged and regular steaks. The Filet Mignon was superb as was the pork chop, if the latter was over seasoned. What let the meal down was having to pay extra for French fries...More

We had the medium-priced ribeye steaks (dry-aged - about $68 each without vegetables), so with wine & tips we ended up spending about $250 at the restaurant for two of us. Flame offers much more expensive steaks (in the $130+ range just for the steak),...More

Make dining fun again. Four Seasons Resort Vail has reinvented Flame Restaurant with inventive twists on classic steakhouse favorites. Start off by tempting your palate with elk corndogs and a duo of dipping sauces, indulgent sides, such as truffled comte fritters with wild mushroom and bacon ragout, or satisfy your sweet tooth with maple bacon doughnuts with cherry bourbon compote. Of course, our menu still offers a variety of prime steak selections, like the 32-ounce dry-aged Waygu Ribeye, which is cooked to perfection under our 1,800 degree custom broiler, paired with house-made sauces and carved tableside.
