You should know going into it that the food is very expensive at Flame - but it is so, so worth it. I have been lucky enough in my life to eat at a lot of fine dining restaurants and this one ranks at the...More

Pricey for what we ordered and I travel year around so I'm fairly level headed on prices, but the food was good and vibe of the restaurant was fun and energetic.

Given the otherwise gorgeous hotel our final dinner after this business meeting was a little disappointing. It was a group dinner with limited menu options and, no, it was not bad at all. But after having spent 3 days in this fabulous resort and having...More

mostly went there for breakfast. the variety is impressive. Quality generally good - my favorite meal there was the french toast (the cinnamon variety is too sweet but the standard is great - huge and puffy). Waffles good. Interesting sausage selections - venison and buffalo...More

The food here was good but not great, we had 3 meals here during our business meeting and they were buffet style. The garlic shrimp was great.

Great service and atmosphere. Typical Four Season prices. You pay for the quality and location, especially if you are staying at the resort We particularly love Four SEASON’S Bircher Musieli. A real treat With a cup of there great coffee you can’t go wrong.

Make dining fun again. Four Seasons Resort Vail has reinvented Flame Restaurant with inventive twists on classic steakhouse favorites. Start off by tempting your palate with elk corndogs and a duo of dipping sauces, indulgent sides, such as truffled comte fritters with wild mushroom and bacon ragout, or satisfy your sweet tooth with maple bacon doughnuts with cherry bourbon compote. Of course, our menu still offers a variety of prime steak selections, like the 32-ounce dry-aged Waygu Ribeye, which is cooked to perfection under our 1,800 degree custom broiler, paired with house-made sauces and carved tableside.
