Dinner was wonderful but was surprised by the menu, going to Colorado I think beef not fish. All but one of the appetizers were fish the entre portion of the menu did have meat. The staff was amazing and attentive to us all night.

Four of us went there and everyone loved the food. They have a wonderful wine list and the servers are all friendly and great at their job. We loved Justin!

Once a grand saloon in the thriving mining camp of Telluride, The Cosmopolitan is now home to the fresh, innovative creations of Chad Scothorn, who has received national attention and praise for his original, fresh approach to food preparation. Serving dinner nightly, this elegantly simple 80 seat restaurant is located in the newly remodeled luxurious Hotel Columbia at the base of the Gondola. Known locally as "Cosmo", the custom cherry wood bar is the perfect place to unwind. In the summer, the west patio lounge is a refreshing outdoor dining experience. The Restaurant is open five days a week until December 6. On December 6, the restaurant will be open seven days a week.
