We came for lunch. Service was so slow, we have been here about 2 hours. We were charged incorrectly for meals and have waited 30min. For our checks. Food was ok, but don't go here if you are in a hurry.

Poor service, terrible food! With my family and we ordered 2 ribs, 1 steak. Ribs were ice cold and steak I ordered medium rare was not cooked. Even worse was the terrible service from servers and manager. One of the servers just handed you your food and drinks and refused to place in front of guest. Manager was not available... More

We stopped along th highway to have lunch.Knowing the typical Chili's menu we wee able to find items that were good. I had the enchiladas and she had the tacos. We both like the tacos at Chikis but she found them a little less than at other restaurants. This was not real easy to find in the very large shopping... More
Two things will make or break a restaurant, the service and the kitchen. Very often the service will make up for challenges coming out of the kitchen. Our server Tyler made the visit to Chili's outstanding from mediocre. Seems Chili's has frequent menu changes, Tyler was on top of this and made great recommendations, steering us from a menu choice... More
This is a really great Chili's location because not a lot of people go to this one. Always a table, always a great parking place to find. Best local place to grab a few El Presidente Margaritas and hang with friends watching a Broncos game in their bar section.
Chili's is right in the heart of the Jackson Creek Parkway shops. After you are done with your errands, stop in for a drink, appetizers, or dinner. Or make a special trip just to visit Chili's - it is very convenient. The staff is friendly and professional, and the food is always well-prepared.
It took us 10 minutes for someone to come by to get a drink order. AND 40 minutes after we ordered to receive our meal, which was incorrect. Terrible service. Food tasted less than okay. Go across the parking lot to Texas Roadhouse. Excellent service, fun and terrific food. Just saying.
We went for an early lunch on a Saturday, hardly anyone was there. The waitress was very pleasant, but not to great about remembering orders of who ordered what. We had three little with us, so she said she'd put their order in first. What we did not realized was that she didn't put in the adult orders until the... More
Stay away from this Chili's! The manager, Dan is terrible. My wife and I recently ate at this restaurant. We had a horrible experience. The food and server were mediocre at best. Drinks were not refilled. When we went to pay we found that a gift card we received Christmas 2015 was expired by 1 month, that's right the gift... More
Went to Chilis in Monument-what a DISAPPOINTMENT! Have not been there in about a year, and boy has it gone downhill. We used to love that place! Took an hour and 40 minutes to get the wrong order, my son's burger bites were burnt and stuck together (obviously frozen and they could not even bother to separate them) with no... More
