This was our second time visiting this restaurant. Once again we had a great time. My daughter loves this place and I really like the food. Chicken was great and I usually prefer steak or the filet. I agree the it does get a little...pricey. The poor reviews about service haven’t been our experience at all.More

Exceptionally bad service, over-priced average sushi. Sushi chefs will not even return conversation. I think they resent whites. Will never patronize this place again.

Interestingly, this restaurant serves not only Japanese food but some Asian food such as Thai and Chinese. We were there for dinner and ordered the yaki soba and salmon roll. Salmon roll was not too bad but found the yakisoba a little on the oily...side. Service was good as there were not many tables occupied.More

I took my son out for lunch. We had to wait for the host/hostess to seat us even though we were the only ones at the front. The hibachi chef had to yell back in order to get someone's attention. We ordered 2 sodas which...were right and prompt, but when we ordered, the waiter was not really listening. We ordered 2 lunch chicken teriyaki plates and an order of Tako sushi. The next waiter brings out 1 bowl of miso soup and I promptly corrected the error by politely informing him we needed 2 bowls not just the 1. He hurries to the computer, punches a few buttons, looks back at me with an awkward stare, and then decides to go to the end of the bar to play on his phone. The original waiter comes back to give a refill on the sodas where I try to convey to him as nicely as I could that we ordered 2 lunches not 1. Finally, everyone is up to speed, yet from then on out the service for anything else suffers. If you go to lunch, make sure you do not go when the staff seem to want to ignore their guests. I am not sure what time that is, but it wasn't 2pm for us. The food was rather good which is a shame because the service sank the visit.More

I've dined in at Fuji Mt and also taken out. Having lived within a mile of the ocean for more than 40 years I've developed a love of "fresh" seafood. Fish, if fresh and prepared right, is a very enjoyable meal. However, if not fresh...or if prepared poorly, it's not a pleasant experience. Fuji does not have fresh fish, but they're in Monument, CO, so that's not a surprise. (Fresh frozen is not fresh. Once fish is frozen the taste and texture changes.). Fuji is also just average in their preparation. All-in-all this a run-of-the-mill place for sushi or sashimi. There are other places not too far that you can get much better food.More

We ordered the most expensive boat which was supposed to come with saki, we never got saki nor did they mention it. I was not impressed with the food, service and especially the prices very pricey for the quality.

I love to stop in here for lunch when I'm out running errands. They have sushi lunch combos that come with miso soup and small salad for around $10. Service is quick and the sushi always tastes fresh.

They cook in front of you and they are friendly and professional. Food is good and consistent. Price is a little high, but they are very generous on the portions.

Great Hibachi and sushi! Terrible Chinese. Service is slow, but worth it for Hibachi and sushi. The Hanade roll is my favorite sushi. The Chinese is severely lacking flavor differentiation. I think they should narrow what they are offering and they would be fine!
