Love the menu, everything from eggs to eggs benedict, burritos to oatmeal. Friendly waitress today, good food!

Our family tries to support small dining establishments as they have been hit hard with the Covid restrictions and illogical reqirements, so we drove a fair distance to Monument to try the Coffee Cup as it had good ratings.Upon entering, we were told that there...was no room inside and that there would be a 15 min wait unless we wanted to dine outside. We sat at an outside table and immediately realized that with the chilly wind, that choice was a non starter. Our server took us to a waiting area with no other customers and we waited there with our menus and flatware, until a young lady approached us and rudely said we would have to wait outside. That was rather strange as we had been led there by a server and before we could leave the EMPTY waiting area, another server approached and abruptly moved us outside with an attitude worse than the previous server. While waiting in the blustery wind, we were speculating what discomfort diners would experience in the winter months as they provide no pagers that would let customers retreat to their cars. After a short wait we were led inside with no apologies for the inconvenience. Our assigned server however was delighful and very attentive and the food was wonderful. We highly recommend this diner if you can overlook rude hostesses and being treated like cattle. Management needs to be reminded that even though customers sympathize with the plight of restaurants during the pandemic, there is zero excuse for rudeness and indifference to their comfort. Patrons do have a variety of choices and even though the food is good it doesnt trump poor service. Regretfully, we will not return.More

This was a great restaurant. The food and service was amazing! The only problem was it was a little difficult to find but overall it was great! I recommend the fresh squeezed orange juice!
