Lively and Friendly, "Waterloo" makes you feel like you found the right place the moment you walk in! The Maui Sandwich is great! Service, atmosphere and food are all worth the trip! Best place in Louisville!

Waterloo is a great place for family dining in the early evening. Good menu tor the little ones as well as the seniors with a fast, attentive staff that's always willing to stop by and spend a little additional time with you if they've got a couple of minutes. I hear things get a little busier later with the music,... More

Whether I meet work friends or bring the family, Waterloo always delivers fresh, tasty food and enjoyable libations! I enjoy the BBQ Chicken Chop salad for lunch usually and the Waterloo burger for dinner. Always consistently great! Love the sides and atmosphere.

The Asiago dip is amazingly rich and creamy. It's the best! I also had the tomato basil soup which was a great option as well! I'll come back every time I'm in town!

I like the food at the Waterloo (try the bison bugers), but it's the vibe (and the shade in the summer) that keep me interested in this place. The music is such a unique feature of the place.

We were happy to stop here for dinner as we finished a long day of touring RMNP. We remembered it from previous visits, and it was just as good as we remembered. My husband and I both enjoyed our hamburgers - very flavorful. He sampled one of the beers and I ordered the Pimm's Cup. For dessert, we split the... More

I was visiting the area from New England, and this was my favorite restaurant during my week in Colorado. Fish tacos were PERFECT; service was fast and friendly.

Good spot to stop for drinks and food. The nachos were good for 2 people to share but probably not enough for more. Very yummy and the guacamole seemed fresh. Jalapeño bacon wrapped poppers were good. 5 in the order I think. The back patio was lovely and had good shade. Many full dinner options too. We ordered traditional Moscow... More

They didn't discount happy hour drinks, but I actually find this typical of Colorado bars, at least in Boulder county. Don't ever go to Colorado bars alone. They will nickle and dime you,if not outright take advantage. So I give an extra circle for being just like every other bar in Colorado.

I have been eating at the Waterloo since they opened years ago. I'm addicted to their namesake burger with the ground buffalo, gouda, avocado, mushrooms and artichoke hearts... Mmmmm... burger heaven!
