Service was friendly, & the food okay. There were a lot of flies however, which ruined the ambiance. This is a large pub, & basic menu.

I have been to this place several times for food and beer. We typically stop on the way back from the mountains after snowboarding or hiking. Sometimes the service isn't the best but we have never been disappointed by the food. The burgers are amazing....More

My husband, sons, and I went here for a beer and a bite to eat after driving up to Mount Evans. A neat joint with really good food, and fast service. I would recommend it to people looking for good wild game!

Don't make the mistake of driving past Idaho Springs and of course Tommyknockers! No trip to the mountains would be complete without a visit to refuel and recharge after a tough day of outdoor bliss in the Rockies. They have a very decent menu but...More

Stopped to fuel up before heading up Mt Evans. Food was great and their beer was quite good. Server was prompt, polite and knowledgeable about their large menu and beer selection. Great place.

The beer selection is great for beer lovers. But, the food was alright imo. Good if you need a bite to fill you up. But, nothing was really mesmerizing. The majority of the menu is fried items and I suppose you can't go wrong with...More

Stopped in at the advice of Downstream Adventures. GREAT CALL. Food was wonderful and portions were more than plenty. We were on vacation, but told friends that we were staying with in the Denver area that a trip to Tommyknocker's was well worth the drive!!
