Been here a few times now and it has never disappointed us. Fresh ingredients, made well and served with friendly smiles. Have always eaten breakfast, but had a burger this time and it was excellent. Tasted like a high quality beef! Love this place! Just go.

I like to hit this place on the way to a hike at Rabbit Mtn or up to Estes. A cute place, with solid breakfast food, I usually go for something southwestern. Prices are quite reasonable, particularly for Boulder county.

If you are in the Boulder area, leave the hustle and bustle behind and head for the Crane Hollow Cafe. Situated in Hygiene is this lovely, somewhat funky, cafe/diner. Hygiene is about 16 miles from Boulder and boasts its population number as "friendly". The cafe is open for breakfast and lunch. Set your expectations for quality, home cooked food served... More

I wanted to love this place and support a local business but I can't do that. I've been there 4 times and of those only one was good. First time I ordered a burger since it was lunch time- nothing to write home about. 2nd time met a friend and her 2 kids there- mistake. Took forever to get a... More

Love the back porch where we can bring our dog with us after a nice hike nearby. Service is slow, but so were we, so that didn't bother us. Avoid weekends when the bikers fill the place.

If you are a fan of little tucked away places that makes quality breakfast and lunch, you have to give this place a try. I almost did not want to write a review to keep it on the down low. Funky building, friendly but not swift service, a back patio that is a grape arbor and some of the best... More

It took over 15 minutes just to serve us water and coffee with only two other tables filled. Waitress very unfriendly. Very slow for breakfast to be served and then the order was completely wrong. She the eggs back to the kitchen while we waited another 20 minutes for the second attempt at the order and it tasted terrible and... More

Charming little restaurant. Get there early on week-ends 'cause, like my title says, everyone who is on a bike on weekends stops here to eat. The food is good - service is good for a crowded place, and you'll be at one of the cutest small town intersections in the country. Ride YOUR bike to get there!

It has been a while since we have been to the Crane Hollow Cafe. They serve a very nice and delicious breakfast. Sat on the paio and watched the bikers go by

This is a darling and charming small cafe in the historic town of Hygiene. Fabulous breakfasts with everything home made. Everything from the standards to Tamales with freshly made pork green chile sausage. Tables, chairs are old and mismatched. Prices are reasonable, especially with the quality of food. Not fancy, but yummy.
