One of the best restaurants on Mykonos. A beautiful location right on the beach. Eating your meal with the sand under your feet and a picturesque cove to look at is heaven. The food is good and portions are large. Despite this prices are reasonable and the family who run it are very welcoming.

We were staying in the accommodation around the corner, so ate here many times. Friendly, family-run, great food. Yoghurt, honey and fresh fruit (huge plate) for breakfast. Fish, chicken, beef stew, amazing salads with fresh produce from their own gardens, omelettes. Lovely place.

Huge restaurant and you can pick your table. Run by a family. You can imagine the taste of great food. Fresh sea food. Father grills and the mother gives the final touch. Boys serve. Lovely family Don't miss their fresh orange guise. Its organic and from their farm. Its amazing how they could produce so many fruits in such a... More

Went here after the restaurant we wanted to go to was closed. We were so disappointed. The staff were lovely, could not fault them. But the food was beyond average and expensive at that. The seafood pasta was horrendously over cooked and tasted like it had been prepped and was just waiting for someone to order it. The moussaka wasn't... More

The place has an outstanding views on the beach. Also the service is very friendly. You could really feel it's a family place. It was recommended in the hotel as a great place owned by the fishermen. Unfortunately it seems like dishes even salads where prepared in the morning.. yes we got it quick. But for the rest of the... More

After hearing good things about Nikolas Taverna, we were excited to try it out. We walked about 10 minutes along the winding dirt path from Platis Gialos- excellent easy walk with amazing views. The restaurant is nestled in a grove a trees right on the beach- plenty of covered outdoor seating. Really can't beat the location or the view. The... More

We had food here twice on our 4 day visit . The food was lovely & a lot of the ingredients were from their own garden . We loved it both times , then after lunch just step on the the beach to a sun bed ..... Perfect 👍👌

A family own business for three generations of fishermen and gardeners. We were there on two occasions and we ate nothing but fresh fish from local water caught that same morning served with vegetables from theirs own garden. It was just like eating at a large family reunion, but à la carte! Food and service were excellent, all acccompanied with... More
