Get your sweet tooth on here. A nice little cozy place for a date night or a place to meet friends and coworkers for chocolate overload.

I have been to the Chocolate cafe a half dozen times. It is the only real sit down dessert place in Old Town Fort Collins. It is good, but not exceptional.

First time I went with my family. We arrived 30 minutes before closing to grab a quick dessert. They refused to seat us, but allowed us to order to go. They then proceeded to tell us all of the items on the menu they would not give us. I decided to give it another shot with a friend. We arrived... More

We stopped in for dessert and kind of regretted having had dinner previously (the entrees which we did not have room for looked delicious). We did however LOVE our desserts - we tried the dessert flight (pick 5 half sizes). The are not screwing around with portion size - if anything the normal dessert size is too big for one... More

As many people have noted, the desserts are the best reason to come here. They're excellent, and the cheesecakes are top-notch. We also ate lunch and it was a pretty typical (although very good) cafe type experience with soups, salads, and sandwiches.

Ordered the 6 layer chocolate cake and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Laid back atmosphere. Parking can be challenging, but other than that highly recommended.

My husband and I went to The Chocolate Cafe for dessert during our visit to Ft. Collins. We used to live in FoCo and always loved coming here. The dessert is still absolutely delicious (the chocolate peanut butter pie is our favorite), but we were disappointed in the ambiance and service. It used to be a more romantic, quainter feeling... Oh my! a chocolate martini. Who knew just waving a bottle of vodka over a glass filled with cream de cacao, chocolate liqueur and half and half would be so yummy! Stop by, sit outside and sip away. And then there's dessert! oh my!

Everything I've had here was very good. But, I love going here for the 'Mexican' hot chocolate which has a little spice in it.
