Much like Indian but not as spicy. Chai tea was great on a cold day. Had the vegetarian plate and chicken kabobs. Both very good. Not the kids favorite place though.

Pros: - The food was like eating at one of my Syrian family reunions. I had the lamb and chicken kabob, served over white rice with a potato side dish, served with a yogurt sauce, tabouli salad and a side of naan bread. Every single thing tasted like it came fresh from my arabic family's kitchen. There's no beating around... More

Went here on a TA recommendation and were not disappointed. The portions were large and menu was unique (as in not just another middle eastern restaurant). All of the kabobs were very tasty and the rice was perfect. I recommend this place highly and I will be back.

Aside from being a little hard to find it was absolutely great. The staff were all very kind and from the time I ordered to the time my food arrived, hot and fresh, at my table was only a few minutes. The food was delicious and quite inexpensive. This was a great laid back place for lunch, and I will... More

This was a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we found it! The food is very good and worth trying different dishes. Definitely have the Hot Chai to drink, authentic and good. Service is friendly and the place is neat and clean.

While I can't compare Maza Kabob's food to normal Afghanian food, I can say that everything that I have ever had here is great. Maza Kabob is a convenience food setting where you place your order at the counter and it is delivered to your table. The staff is always very helpful if you need assistance with the menu. Don't... Not crazy at lunch time. Good food, ample portions, friendly staff, and good parking. We will definitely go there again.

I finally tried Maza Kabob after seeing all of the positive reviews, even though it's not near my normal commute route and I'm not wild about ethnic food from that region. But it was worth going out of my way for. I'll admit that my sample is limited and I'd like to try more of their food, but the Maza... More

Family, from Afghanistan, is always smiling and happy. They'll carefully explain the menu choices if you need help. Plenty of pictures to assist with picking a good choice for your taste. This is where my friends from the mid East like to go for lunch. Everything I've had was tasty and fulfilling. I'm not a kabob expert, but several students... More
