While the atmosphere of the place pops...the food and the brews are average. The employees seem happy and OKay but the few times I have been there both were the same experiences just average at best. Would I recommend this place probably not.

Been a year + since our last 10 or so visits. Wow, food way downhill. $14 for a burger? One sheet menu now vs 4 pages back then. Server was trying hard. Other servers standing by for customers. Place seats hundreds. Under 20 seated at 6:30 pm. Prime rib sandwich was walmart slices with fat. Bread was 2" thick. Each... More

We've lived in Fort Collins for 3 years now and finally decided to try this place out for lunch. Unfortunately on the weekends they only serve brunch, until 3. Luckily we both tried a sandwich of the brunch menu, the prime rib and the turkey, which were very tasty. The only negatives were that the beer service was very slow... More

Nice, newer building, current menu with better than average bar food but the beer was only okay. Found the beers when, described as smoky, to be extremely smoky and not well balanced. Several are smoky but the other non-smoky beers were just not as good as what we tasted at other places that day close to this brewery.

A group of us came here for lunch at 2pm last weekend to celebrate my 30th birthday. After lunch we were scheduled to have a 3pm brewery tour. After being sat we ordered immediately. Several drink orders were forgotten and most of our sides never made it out or they were sent out with the wrong orders. Did I mention... More

Jordan, My apologies for not replying sooner. There are no excuses for the experience you had at the Tavern on Saturday, I am writing to apologize and invite you and your party back for a private four course food and beer tasting menu along with a private tour of the facility. We were in the neighborhood and wanted to check out some brew pubs. Went to Odell's, no GF options and unfriendly. Called FT. Collins Brewery and the person who answered the phone was super friendly and knew all the options concerning dietary restrictions.

The Waldorf salad was excellent! My husband had a salad with steak and he really enjoyed it. The service was top-notch.

We read the feedback here on Tripadvisor. And it was all true; a great experience. We could sit outside, because the weather was still nice. We had a starter and a main course. Great taste and more than enough. The waitress was very nice and helpfull. We loved it.
