Evergreen has 2 excellent restaurants, the Bistro being one of them. Routine dishes are the Penne Bolognese, Fruiti de mare, beet and bistro salads. Cocktails are very good with a nice selection of liquors and wines. Fresh bread serviced with balsamic vinegrette and olive oil....More

An excellent dinner! Four of us came on a Friday night. We felt welcomed and, at the end of an hour or so, completely stuffed. Everything we tried was great.

An old cabin with the insulation of its day (very little), expanded several times, but cozy and quaint - a window into the past of mountain living outside Denver. But more importantly, a high quality restaurant with a chef who must really care. Food is...More

I ordered the Sole with Tiger Shrimp and garlic mashed potatoes, my granddaughter had the salmon with mashed potatoes. Service was excellent and we were well attended to. We ordered a creme brûlée for dessert- was not the best I have ever had and I...More

We have been regular customers here for years and our last visit was excellent. The wine list changes frequently, but it is always well thought through. The ambience is wonderfully rustic and we always try to sit near the large roaring fireplace. The service is...More

It's really a great place that we love but I didn't give it 5 stars only because some might find it too rustic. The food was excellent and service great so nothing bad, just might not be what some would expect.

I thought we'd take a break from Denver metro restaurants and head into the hills. A bit of an adventure taking the winding and dark North Turkey Creek road to the location. The Bistro is very close to the Bears so parking is a bit...More

I'd say they are a bit pricey but I found it well worth it. They offer game plates so I would say prices average $20 to $28. Some cheaper, some more.
