We happened on this small but tasty cafe a few years ago. It has become a regular breakfast stop for us now. The kids love it. Did I mention it is small? Very tiny. But with that said if there is a wait- WAIT!!! It is worth your time. Plus once you are seated the service is very good and... More

We stopped in to this tiny little diner for breakfast while heading through Durango. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious! My husband found a unique Turkey Fried Steak with Green Chili, and I had the french toast. Both were fantastic! We will be back if we're passing through Durango again.

We had breakfast here on a Saturday morning. About a 30 minute wait, but the servers and hosts were moving things as fast as they could. We were HUNGRY, and the food arrived fast. Good portions, and everything was prepared to order (eggs over medium, bacon extra crispy). Despite a full house, our server took pretty good care of us,... More

I'm Durango with family and had breakfast here today. Sign in sheet at the entrance is the procedure of they are busy...and they will be. Super fresh ingredients and unique combinations..they have an extensive menu. Coffee is sharp and fresh. Do not mistake busy and courteous for could be friendlier...they are hustling and working hard. My coffee stayed full and... More

I dined here with my family last Saturday. The wait time was approximately 20 minutes, but they offered complimentary coffee while we waited on the benches outside. The food was amazing but the servers seemed to be stretched a bit too thin. Our waitress seemed rushed and a bit irritated at times. My husband requested some apple butter for his... More

We went here for breakfast early one morning while staying in Durango. Heard it was good and it wasn't too bad. The variety of the breakfast menu was great. Kids had French toast and fruit face pancakes. They enjoyed every bit of it. The service was also good. They were friendly and attentive, very laid back. Was full by the... More

We had breakfast twice during our trip and both times the food was great and the staff friendly and attentive. Loved the homemade biscuits and gravy!

After camping for weeks, we were starved for good coffee. My husband and I are coffee snobs, and this place had AMAZING coffee from a Santa Fe roaster. The California eggs Benedict had homemade sauce, and the French toast was thick and tasty. Tamales with green chile New Mexico worthy. Staff very friendly. Highly recommend!

Entire family enjoyed our breakfast. My sons really liked their pancakes. Reasonably priced food and very nice waitstaff. Only downside to our experience was the 40 min wait to get inside. Not the cafe's fault, just a lot of people wanting to eat there.
